Golf Club Argentario in Toscana
The Argentario Golf Course was founded only in 2004, is the only "PGA National Golf Course" in Italy and is located in the middle of the Maremma Toscana between the towns of Grosseto and Capalbio. Thanks to the favorable weather conditions in Tuscany, you can play golf on the 18-hole (par 71) course all year round and much more.
For example, in the Espace Wellness Center, you can perfectly combine your golf trip in Toscana with a wellness vacation. Rooms, restaurant and spa area are stylishly furnished and modern. The golf club also offers a Club House Restaurant & Bar with balanced Tuscan cuisine and panoramic terrace.
Back to the golf course: it is located on Monte Argentario in the lagoons of Orbetello and offers quite contrasting views. On one side you look at the sea, while on the other you see dense mixed woods, where squirrels can be found. The fairways are quite challenging, but even beginners should be able to find their way around.
How to get there:
E80 from Livorno heading south. Follow signs to Orbetello and then to Argentario and directly to the golf course.
