The name of the golf course says it all: "Golf dei Laghi" means "Golf of the Lakes". The golf course Golf dei Laghi is located above the Lago Maggiore and the Lago Monate in Lombardia. It was laid out in 1993 in a magnificent old park with centuries-old trees, the view of Monte Rosa is breathtaking. Playing golf here is pure pleasure, if only because of the scenic beauty. To the facts: The 18-hole course (par 73) offers varied play on undulating fairways. There are some water hazards, but they should not pose any major problems for beginners.
If you want to combine a golf vacation in Lombardy with other sports, such as horseback riding or tennis, the Golf Club Golf dei Laghi is also the right place: in addition to tennis courts, the golf club also has riding stables. The clubhouse is the cozy center of the complex, and conference rooms can also be found there.
How to get there:
A8 Milano-Laghi freeway, exit at Sesto Calende. Turn right towards Luino-Besozzo. After 10 km at a traffic light to Travedona months. Here at the traffic light turn left. After one kilometer at a sharp left turn and follow signs to the golf course.
