Gressoney Monte Rosa Golf Club in Aosta Valley
Gressoney is probably more familiar to winter sports enthusiasts than to golfers. After all, the 180 kilometers of slopes of the Monterosa Ski Association are located here, as well as some of the most beautiful freeride trails. But Gressoney also has something to offer golfers in Aosta.
Namely, the 12-hole course of the same name in the center of the village. Of course, the Gressoney golf course is only open during the summer months, but then it offers rather narrow fairways, secluded greens and quite treacherous slopes. Especially water hazards like waterfalls and wild streams make the game difficult for golfers. Another plus point is the magnificent view of the 4634 m high Monte Rosa glacier.
How to get there:
From Turin freeway direction Aosta, exit Pont St. Martin. Continue in the direction of Gressoney, follow the signs to the golf course.
