Golf Club Le Fonti
In the municipality of San Pietro Terme, near Bologna, in the beautiful Valle del Sillaro, surrounded by rolling hills and characterized by a mild and healthy microclimate, is located since 1999 the Golf Club Le Fonti. It was designed by architect Ivano Serrantoni, the current president of the club.
Players can expect an 18-hole par 72 course of 6,480 meters, suitable for both beginners and experts. Golf Club le Fonti has received several awards for its responsible use of natural resources and protection of the environment, and in recent years has been the venue for important national and international events.
The course was completely reseeded in 2014 with Bermuda Patriot, ideal for year-round play, and the club has a driving range with covered and lighted stations, pitching green and chipping green, Golf Academy Le Fonti by Giovanni Dassu', putting green, indoor swimming pool, gym and storage room for bags and trolleys. It is possible to rent bags with the best equipment, manual and electric trolleys and golf carts. A conference room, billiards room and pro store are also available.
After a good game, there is nothing better than lunch, dinner or an aperitif in the restaurant of Le Fonti Golf Club, where you can enjoy the local cuisine and spend pleasant, carefree hours.
