Golf Club Menaggio e Cadenabbia in Lombardia
If you didn't know that the Menaggio e Cadenabbia Golf Club is not located on Lake Como in Lombardia, you would think you were in the middle of the Alps when playing golf, so hilly is the course.
And the 18-hole course (par 70) is correspondingly difficult to play. The golf course was founded over 100 years ago, in 1907, by a certain Mr. Wyatt, who fell in love with the landscape around Lake Como. Being an Englishman, he could not do without golf and built a 9-hole course, which over the years was expanded into an 18-hole course.
Another reason to make a golf trip to Lombardy and precisely to the Golf Club Menaggio e Cadenabbia is probably one of the richest golf libraries in the world. Here you can find almost any literary work on the subject of golf. A must for lovers of golf.
How to get there:
Milano-Como highway, Como Nord exit, along the coastal road to Cernobbio, continue to Menaggia. Before entering, at a traffic light, turn left towards Porlezza.
