Golf Club Ugolino near Florence in Toscana
The Chianti region is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful areas of Italy and attracts especially German vacationers and wine connoisseurs to Toscana, which is increasingly becoming a popular golf region.
This is not least due to the Ugolino golf course, which was founded in 1933 but is still one of the most spectacular and scenic golf courses in Tuscany. The 18-hole (par 72) course is quite demanding. Many water hazards and hilly fairways make the game difficult, but at the same time make it exciting and varied.
After the game, enjoyment is the order of the day in the clubhouse: fine wine from Chianti and regional fish specialties await the busy golfers - good reasons why golf trips to Tuscany are becoming increasingly popular.
How to get there:
Freeway del Sole, exit Firenze South. Here immediately turn right in the direction of Ponte a Ema and Gràssuna. Continue for 4 km along the Chiantigiana road until you reach the golf course.
