The personalized service and friendliness of the staff are remarkable. The food deserves accolades in every respect. Whether breakfast, coffee time, or dinner, it's always perfect.
The perfect starting point for shopping, hiking, or doing nothing.
The prices are just as good as the ambiance. If you don't use the wellness area, it's too expensive to stay overnight.

I stayed at this hotel with my niece for a weekend. It was an unforgettable experience. We were looking for a treat, and we found it. Superb rooms, balcony with a view. The staff were incredibly professional and kind, and the restaurant was superb. My only complaint is that I would have liked the pool water to be a little warmer. An experience I hope to repeat soon.

We spontaneously stayed at the Majestic for the second time. The reception was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very nice. The food was excellent, and the appetizer buffet was fantastic. Excellent service in the restaurant. The wellness area is just perfect, with sauna master Reinhold's infusions being a highlight. The value for money is absolutely spot on and I highly recommend it!

We spent our first long weekend at the Majestic and were completely satisfied! The food was particularly outstanding, especially the Friday fish buffet as an extension of the salad buffet. The rooms were huge, the wellness area was beautiful, and everything was very well-maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. I would especially like to thank Ronny (Mrs. Rastner, a member of the owner family). Her hiking tips and recommendations for future activities were worth their weight in gold! I highly recommend the hotel!

My stay at the Hotel Majestic Brunico was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the courtesy and professionalism of the staff, always ready to accommodate every request with a smile (and a special mention for the dining room staff).
The room was spacious, bright, and tastefully furnished, with all the comforts expected of a high-end hotel: comfortable beds, an elegant bathroom, and meticulous attention to detail. Every corner was impeccably clean.
But what really made my stay special was the wellness area: the spa is large, well-equipped, and relaxing, with indoor and outdoor pools offering moments of pure relaxation surrounded by greenery. The relaxation area, saunas, and treatments round out the offerings with class and professionalism.
The restaurant deserves special praise: the cuisine is meticulously prepared, with dishes that combine tradition and creativity, quality ingredients, and meticulous presentation. Breakfast and dinner lived up to expectations, with a varied buffet and delicious options.
The hotel's location is another strong point: slightly off-center, yet in a quiet and scenic area, with beautiful views of the mountains and the Kronplatz. Excellent transport links and easy transportation make getting around convenient.
In conclusion, the Hotel Majestic Brunico is an excellent choice for those seeking a stay dedicated to relaxation, well-being, and good taste. I can't wait to return!

A well-kept hotel with impeccable service. Excellent location both in the summer for golf and hiking and in the winter for its proximity to the ski lifts. The spa area is clean and the staff are friendly. Dinner is a plus, with a varied menu and excellent meat and fish options.

I've stayed at a 5-star hotel near the Majestic for many years, and I was worried I wouldn't be as satisfied. I must admit, this hotel amazed me and made me feel completely at home.

We had an unforgettable stay at Das Majestic Hotel in Brunico – without a doubt one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. The hotel itself is stunning, with incredible facilities that go above and beyond expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect.
But the absolute highlight of our stay? THE FOOD.
The buffet is simply out of this world – better than any other hotel we’ve ever visited. Not only is the selection incredible, but the quality is exceptional. And what makes it even better? The team never says no! Always happy to offer more, accommodate every request, and go the extra mile to make sure you’re fully satisfied. It’s like having your own private feast every day!
The service is truly next level.
A very special mention goes to Vesna, who gave us the best service we’ve ever experienced. Her kindness, availability, and willingness to go the extra mile was unforgettable. She truly made our stay special.
Also a big thank you to Giulia – always smiling, warm, and welcoming – she made every interaction a joy.
Jack, the live chef, was a star! Always there cooking fresh meals on the spot, never stopping, always smiling, always positive – we looked forward to seeing him every day.
And last but not least, Elmar, the lovely receptionist who gave us fantastic advice on hiking routes and local tips. Her knowledge and friendly attitude made planning our days a breeze.
Our room was spacious, very comfortable, and super clean – the perfect place to relax after a day out exploring.

A very well-kept and relaxing place. The staff is friendly and helpful. The welcome was very warm, the room was comfortable, quiet, and with a mountain view, allowing us to relax. I stayed at this property for 3 days. My experience was wonderful. The property is enchanting, strategically located, and equipped with every comfort. The staff were all very friendly and professional. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection, and the dinner was excellent, with attention to every detail. After long excursions, it was a pleasure to regenerate in the indoor and outdoor pools, and in the spa area with excellent saunas. We will definitely return to this property. I highly recommend it. Das Majestic is a high-end hotel. Breakfast was perhaps the best I've ever had, dinner was top-notch with a lavish buffet, and on Fridays, excellent raw fish, as well as mussels and fried fish. This is in addition to the table-service menu, of course! The rooms were spacious, and I was in the Alpienne Royale, with separate toilets and a bathroom with a tub, a huge shower, and a sink.
I loved the sauna in the "nature" area. I recommend the steam bath experience with a dip in the natural lake—where else can you find that? And a whirlpool bath. A large garden with comfortable sun loungers.
The only things I found a little cool were the hydromassage tubs in the indoor and outdoor pools.
Among the activities, I did yoga, which I really enjoyed.
We always take kindness for granted, only pointing it out when it's lacking. Here, I found it in abundance. Thank you and goodbye!

A refined and charming atmosphere, spacious and quiet rooms, meticulously cleaned, and delicious cuisine that blends tradition with new culinary trends.
It's like coming home, knowing you'll find both tranquility and the best relaxation options, personalized well-being, and, if necessary, excursions and sports activities. It's a pleasure to see how the new generations of the Feichter-Rastner family have taken the reins and continued to continuously improve the facility and the service offered.

My wife and I treated ourselves to a week in this dream place... we went on a surefire note because a family member recommended it, and despite our high expectations, once we reached the Majestic, we were even more amazed!
From the booking confirmation email, you can see the attention to detail and the total attention and dedication to the customer.
We had been dreaming for weeks before our stay, and then we were lucky enough to live it every day!
The room was simply fantastic, the bathroom perfect in size and layout, and countless little details, all perfect (and I'm someone who pays attention to detail).
All the areas of the resort are well organized, designed, and created to suit the guest.
A special mention goes to the dining room, kitchen, and bar staff... the menus and buffets designed by Chef Hannes Baumgartner and served with care by all the staff are simply surprising in their apparent simplicity, yet with a full, natural flavor.
But the most striking aspect of these days spent in Riscone was the wonderful feeling of being "with family." The family management, spanning three generations, is palpable everywhere, but it's not oppressive; on the contrary, it's engaging and made us feel truly at home. The entire staff, without exception, is highly trained, welcoming, and dedicated to ensuring our guests have unforgettable moments.
Thank you, Feichter-Rastner family, for introducing us to your gem; you've achieved your goal of becoming a new favorite place for us...

We chose this hotel again six years after our first experience, which was excellent! They welcomed us for our first vacation as a three-person group with an eight-month-old baby! What can I say? Simply THANK YOU! Everything was perfect, just like in our dreams. From the room to the services, from the pool to the spa, from the restaurant to the bar, and even the reception staff, who were ready to fulfill our every request! They offer an excellent three-quarter board package, catering to all tastes and palates. They accommodated our every request, even for our little baby. The entire staff is excellent, with impeccable friendliness and professionalism that makes you feel right at home.
It will be our choice many times over, and we'd be their first advocates when asked where to stay in and around Riscone.

5 Stars – Relaxing Holiday in a Beautiful Hotel
We spent four days at the Hotel Majestic in Reischach and were very satisfied overall. The hotel itself and the rooms are beautifully furnished and well-maintained. We would especially like to highlight the friendly and helpful staff – you immediately feel welcome.
A great bonus was the option to rent e-mountain bikes directly from the hotel. The hotel's location is ideal for various activities in the area, and it's pleasantly quiet in the evenings – perfect for relaxing.
One minor criticism was the refrigerator in the room. It had an unpleasant smell and left a greasy, smelly film on our food – which wasn't particularly appetizing.
Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay so much that we're giving the hotel 5 stars overall. We would definitely come back and recommend it!

Great quality. Very cosy rooms, great and profesional service, delicious dinner, ski depot, very nice sauna and swimming pool area, ski bus to the slopes. Great stay with family during winter break. But the hotel is rather for adults or older kids because does not have a large selection of dishes for breakfast or dinner, which consists of several very exquisite dishes chosen every morning from the menu (two options to choose from). For small children such a concept, especially dinner, may be problematic and not very diverse. But we consider these dinners to be a very big advantage of the hotel and its high quality. So very recommend for adults and older children.

Very good hotel, nice, well-kept, worth visiting! The rooms are very well furnished, the beds are comfortable and modern. Especially the bathrooms are very nicely done! The food is very tasty and sometimes even sophisticated (there is a children's menu). The service is very nice, helpful, can advise where to go in the area. The pool is indoor and outdoor and there are many saunas. The hotel is located in a very good location. I really recommend it!

I travel a lot for pleasure and work and The Majestic has been, without a doubt, one of the best hotels I have ever been to. From the initial welcome with Prosseco and a salad buffet to the goodbye with a nice little gift, our stay was absolutely fantastic. The facilities and rooms are great in one of the most beautiful areas we have visited. Special thanks to Germán, Leonardo, Zeeshan and the tall gentleman at reception,
who looked after us extremely well. Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable We highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing place with an awesome spa (primarily why we booked it after our skiing trip). The decor and rooms are very nice, the only thing I didnt like were super soft pillows (almost non existent when sleeping).
Mostly elder guests but thats normal considering the price of stay.
Overall loved the vibe, the food and the spa!

One of my best stays ever so far. A very beautiful Hotel in South Tirol, Reischach in the near of Bruneck. The dinner and the breakfast was incredibly good. Rooms are big with a welcome gift, backpack, water and snacks. The SPA and pool is also very nice to relax. I am really looking forward to stay again there.

We pick this hotel to celebrate my wife's jubilee, and our choice was really good. Nice hotel with special attitude to the guests. The rooms, the food and service were really great.
The holiday atmosphere and personal touch to our requests just added more pleasant memories about our stay.
I can add that the location of the hotel is a good start point to explore the Dolomites.

There is nothing negative I could say about this hotel. Nice, clean, and big rooms, great service, super friendly staff, good location near the ski lifts, and a beautiful swimming pool. We also found the property to be kids and pets friendly.
We hope to be back next year, if not before.

Very nice hotel. It is situated just outside Reisach and has a nice view on the top of Kronplatz. My visit was during summer 2019. The booking was including breakfast and dinner. The was no lunch included, but from 14:30 till 17:00 there is a buffet with salades, fruit and sweet stuff, I have never mist lunch. Also coffee, thea and water is included. The hotel offers free bikes (e-bikes available at extra cost) and excursions. The regular guide, Martin takes you for nice hikes (barefoot hiking for example) or MTB bike rides. Clients receive a free pass for public transport which you can use to visit Bruneck or many other places in the neighborhood. The hikings are also very good documented. There are many places to start a trail. Starting from the hotel or one of many other places in the surroundings. Sometimes you need to use public transport to a starting place.
The facilities of the hotel are also great. A very nice pool (indoor and outdoor) and large beautiful garden. Massages can be booked and there is also a sauna (only to visit without textile and age above 16)
Diner is also a great experience. Everyday there is a five course menu alternating every day. Service is great, you feel very welcome. This staff really makes your holiday.
