Hotel Rudolf is truly a small oasis of relaxation and friendliness. From the first moment we were greeted with kindness and helpfulness by all the staff, always smiling and attentive to every detail.
The cuisine is excellent, with carefully prepared and high-quality dishes, and I also greatly appreciated the rich and varied afternoon buffet, perfect for a moment of indulgence and relaxation.
The hotel's services are impeccable: the pool is wonderful, the spa relaxing, and everything is designed to offer absolute well-being and tranquility.
Furthermore, you can book numerous activities to fully experience Trentino Alto Adige, including nature, excursions, and breathtaking views.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to recharge and unwind: a place where you can experience peace, professionalism, and human warmth.

This was our second visit to the Hotel Rudolf and we were once again completely thrilled! The breakfast selection is plentiful, and the dinner is varied and always excellent. We would especially like to highlight the friendly and well-trained staff – they always attentively cater to individual requests and provide competent advice, even for those with food intolerances or during pregnancy. The wellness area is beautifully designed and the perfect place to relax. Overall, a very nice hotel in a great location, ideal for exploring the Pustertal Valley. We'll definitely be back!

Excellent family-run hotel. I particularly enjoyed the consistently local cuisine and the variety in the mornings, the service, and the excursions offered.
The box-spring beds were a bit too soft for my liking, and the spa area reaches its capacity limits during bad weather on weekends, but that doesn't detract from the extremely positive impression. I can recommend this hotel without reservation.

I stayed at Hotel Rudolf for four nights and it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. Although it’s a four-star hotel, it truly feels special because it’s family-owned and family-run — you can sense the warmth and care in every detail. The staff all work seamlessly together and treat guests like family.
The facilities are outstanding: six different saunas, an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, plus indoor and outdoor jacuzzis. The rooms are spotless and very comfortable, and the entire hotel feels calm and quiet — perfect for relaxing.
The food was extraordinary. I had full board and every meal was both delicious and healthy, with vegetarian options always available. What impressed me most was that in four days, the menu never repeated itself.
Each day, the hotel organises an excursion led by their in-house guide, who is very experienced. From breakfast at Lake Braies to hiking the Three Peaks to an e-bike tour, everything was well organised and stress-free.
A special shout-out to Michele and Kurt. I had a tyre puncture upon arrival, and they took care of everything with the car rental and insurance companies. What could have cost me hours of stress was resolved while I enjoyed my stay — a huge relief. Their kindness really stood out.
Finally, the hotel owner adds a very personal touch. She greets guests at dinner every evening, and when we left, she gave us each a handmade jar of jam — such a thoughtful gesture and a perfect way to remember the stay.
This hotel is not just about facilities; it’s about people who genuinely care. I would recommend Hotel Rudolf to anyone visiting the Dolomites — it’s the perfect mix of comfort, authenticity, and warm hospitality.

We stayed there as a family for four nights in July for mountain biking (Kronplatz Bike Park), and everything was simply fantastic: from the reception, to the room, the food, the bar, the wellness area, the parking, and even the secure storage of our expensive bikes was fantastic! The final bill was also reasonable and fair. It was an architecturally beautiful and beautifully furnished hotel, too.
The entire staff was always super friendly, and we had great, stimulating conversations.
And it wasn't far to the lift and the trails either.
We'd love to come back to Kronplatz and definitely stay at the Ludwig again!

I can only review the spa area, which I was able to use for half a day.
The day spa treatment is fantastic. For €40, you get everything a wellness enthusiast could desire. I found the dogs on the sunbathing lawn a bit distracting, but I guess that's part of the concept, so what.
I then booked a facial treatment (extra service), and it was truly exceptional. The lovely therapist not only gave me extensive and excellent advice, but I was truly pampered with a fantastic facial and neck massage.
The staff was very accommodating overall. If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely stay overnight.

I was fortunate to stay at Hotel Rudolf and can say without hesitation that it was one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed in. Strategically located, the hotel offers spectacular views and easy access to all the area's main attractions.
The hotel staff was extremely friendly and professional. From the front desk to room service to the tour guides, every member of staff demonstrated unparalleled kindness and helpfulness. They were always ready to accommodate my every request with a smile.
The hotel's cleanliness is impeccable. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, cleaned daily with care and attention to detail. My room had a wonderful view and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and well-equipped, with all the necessary amenities.
The food served in the restaurant is excellent. The variety of dishes is wide and the flavor is always top-notch. Breakfast is particularly good, with a wide selection of options to suit all tastes.
The hotel offers a range of excellent amenities, including an incredible gym and spa. The spa is equipped with all the necessary facilities for a luxurious treatment, including massages, saunas, and Turkish baths. The spa staff was very professional and made me feel completely rejuvenated.
The hotel's tranquility is a strong point. The rooms are well soundproofed, and the surrounding park contributes to a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

Hotel Rudolf is definitely the perfect choice for you. It's very clean, quiet, and offers a truly delicious breakfast to start your day. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to help with a smile. The bus stop right in front of the hotel is a great advantage, as it provides free transportation to the city center for guests, making getting around incredibly convenient. Rooms: different categories with and without air conditioning. Be sure to check this when booking. There is a small refrigerator in the room. Cosmetics, shower gel, and shampoo are also available in every room. There's a clothes rack on the balcony, a great idea for drying swimwear
Restaurant: ample breakfast selection, juice station, coffee/tea, and many local products, delicious butter, fresh rolls, and great jam.
Lunchtime snack: coffee machine in operation during this time as well. Small selection of salads, one hot dish such as soup, stew, or spring rolls.
Evenings: salad buffet with various dressings, vinegar, oils, herbs, and spices.
The menu is already chosen in the morning; 3-4 courses, including something for vegetarians.
Pool: whirlpool and indoor pool. Ideal for children.
There is also a whirlpool and an outdoor pool. These are also allowed for children in the summer, so relaxation in the adult area is sometimes limited.
There is a large lawn with loungers, a swing, and a playground.
There is a separate area for dogs.
Sauna area: 3 large, bright, adequate, and clean, including a steam bath. Shower gel is provided in each shower, and there are plenty of towels. They could be a bit larger.
The massage at the hotel is excellent, and the staff is friendly.
In the adult area and in the basement, you will find a tea station, refreshments, and fruit.
Free parking in front of and around the hotel.

Spectacular hotel, very close to the center of Brunico, convenient for the bus. The room is new, beautiful, clean, soundproofed, and welcoming. The pool water is a bit chilly, but the outdoor one is especially beautiful. Breakfast is generous, but something more local or homemade would be preferable. The hotel offers e-bikes for free for 3 hours, as well as golf courses, etc. Highly recommended!

We had a corner room facing the street, and it was very loud. I had booked a room with a large balcony so I could do some lazy reading. That was impossible due to the noise. Trucks, motorcycles, overtaking... The news was inaudible with the window open.

Otherwise, the rooms are very nice, except for the "lighting concept." There's a motion detector in the toilet, which is inconvenient at night; it's more likely to wake you up than keep you asleep. The balcony is lit until 11 p.m. and can't be turned off. So, unfortunately: curtains closed.
If the room card isn't inserted, there's no power in the room. Unfortunately, this also affects the refrigerator (which is annoying if you store medication there) and the air conditioning.
You can also have dinner outside, but you can't reserve a table there, which leads to a daily rush.
The food is quite good, always beautifully decorated, but unfortunately, it's often only lukewarm. Special requests due to allergies often don't work.
Overall, a very nice, tasteful hotel with a small wellness area in the basement and a beautiful garden (where you can find quieter areas further back).

There's a separate room for dogs to sit at the table in the morning and evening, as well as an area by the pool where dogs can lounge on a lounger. We felt very comfortable and would gladly return.

In the summer, you can go hiking at high altitude and visit nearby villages. The golf course is also excellent.

The location is ideal, being 700m from the 3 cable cars that lead to Plan de Corones. The hotel staff is fantastically well-prepared for what TOP services mean. No jokes and false self-appreciation.
The hotel's minibus is available to tourists going to the slopes, which is rare and ensures easy access to the slopes. Highly appreciated compared to other hotels!!!! A big BRAVO to those who invented this service!!!
Every evening gourmet dinner with vegetarian or meat menus, as desired. Hearty breakfast according to preferences and snack upon arrival from the slopes.
Ski equipment room with the specification that the minibus leaves you at the ski room with your luggage!!!

Consistently very friendly staff (from the restaurant staff to the shuttle driver to the ski guide), excellent food, a fantastic and very modern spa area, and a great connection to the ski area thanks to the ski shuttle! The ski area is also suitable for experienced skiers, and despite the lack of snow, the slopes were superbly groomed, and the artificial snow was almost indistinguishable from real snow. Super nice hotel for people and dogs. Service and staff cannot be beaten in terms of friendliness. Food in the evening and breakfast are very tasty and there are always different small events (afternoon/evening) on offer, such as chestnuts + Törggelen. The hotel can be highly recommended, but it also has a few points that are not 100 percent true:
- the hotel is right on a busy street and it can be noisy if you open the window. When the window is closed everything is fine because the quality of the building was high.
- The lunch/afternoon buffet is very limited, especially for children, as the selection of hearty dishes is very limited (but the cake is very tasty :))
- the indoor pool is very small
But as already written above, it is a great location and we would like to thank you for the lovely stay :)

We are very grateful to the hotel manager, as he was very accommodating with the bill due to our early departure caused by illness. A wonderful gesture!
Unfortunately, we didn't receive a very warm welcome. We wanted to check in and were asked if we'd like a welcome drink. The gentleman then took us to the bar and disappeared again. We ordered ourselves and then had to queue at reception again to check in. It was our first time at the hotel, and we had to ask the receptionist for all the details. This was a real shame, as one should really make an extra effort for new guests. We weren't offered any help with our luggage, and there were no instructions regarding parking. It's quite a walk from the parking lot to the elevator. The luggage carts are at the entrance, but they're located at the top of a flight of stairs. So we had to go up and down several times to get everything to our room. When you're traveling with a dog, you naturally have a bit more luggage.
The hotel's location on the main road isn't very quiet. The windows are quite soundproof, but anyone who wants to sleep with the window open has to be able to tolerate the traffic noise, especially in the mornings.

... We had a suite with a panoramic view. Well, that wasn't quite what I expected. Lying in bed and looking at the building opposite, all you wanted to do was close the curtains because you felt like you were being watched.
The rooms are furnished okay. You have to get used to the shared bathroom and its integration into the dressing/wardrobe area. I would have liked a proper little table by the sofa. The beds are very comfortable, large, and have separate duvets.
The food was exceptionally good, and the atmosphere in the restaurant's annex is lovely. You have a reserved table for breakfast and dinner, which is great! The selection at the breakfast and afternoon buffets, as well as the salad bar in the evening, is huge. You'll find many regional specialties. Even drinks are included with the 3/4 board in the afternoon. The set menu in the evening was also delicious. The table service was very friendly and attentive. The wine selection is extensive.

This was our second time staying at the Hotel Rudolf, and it won't be our last.
The reception and the entire staff are wonderfully warm and friendly. You always feel like a welcome guest, whether you're staying for one night or a whole week.
The rooms are beautiful, cozy, and very clean. The beds were always very comfortable, and the pillows were perfect for our taste. The rooms can also be wonderfully darkened with the attached curtains.
The wellness area is beautiful and lovingly designed. There are so many different rooms to relax and unwind in. The various saunas are also always top-notch
The 3/4 board package is highly recommended to everyone. The breakfast buffet has everything your heart desires: freshly squeezed orange juice, great coffee, and even individual egg dishes are offered daily. Dinner is delicious and always beautifully presented.
Also worth mentioning is the very friendly head waiter, who does a truly excellent job. But as mentioned, all the staff are very friendly and attentive.
The day trips offered are fantastic. We once joined a breakfast at Lake Braies, and it was fantastic—no crowds. Thank you for the wonderful time at the hotel; we'll definitely be back.

- The rooms and common areas (lobby) deserve to be modernized.
(from our point of view, the Falkensteiner (brand new, located in the same village but a little more expensive) was more to our taste.
- We suffered from the heat (no air conditioning in the room we occupied)
On the other hand, and this is what made us still have a pleasant time:
- absolutely impeccable service (really!)
- the spa is good and suitable for both children and adults whatever the season
- the meals (included) were good and varied

The hotel is located just outside of Bruneck, in a very quiet area. The grounds are beautiful and spacious. It's perfect for both couples and families. The staff was fantastic. The hotel is very nice. Although it's located on a street, the windows are very well insulated so you can't hear anything.
The breakfast (we booked with breakfast only) is very good, with plenty of choice, and the service is excellent.

I chose this hotel because they allowed me to bring my dog to a restaurant dedicated to four-legged friends. An exceptional choice! Courtesy, professionalism, smiles, helpfulness, and talent are evident in every member of the Rudolf Hotel staff! The breakfast, snacks, and dinner were exceptional! The room was spacious and spotlessly clean! The staff at the wellness center were excellent and knowledgeable. The sauna area, etc., is a wonderful idea (....although there's also an area dedicated to families with children!).
In conclusion: try this wonderful hotel! I'll definitely be back!

The friendliness, even if it sometimes required a second attempt, of the staff, starting from the room service/cleaning (we were on the second floor (204) and "our" service person was super friendly and always had a nice word), to the reception, the bar (Markus) and the service in the restaurant (Monika and Guiseppe), the chauffeur service to and from the gondola (Dalt) was excellent. The food - I never needed salt/pepper to season it during the week - was a highlight not only in terms of taste but also visually. The portions are more than sufficient. The drinks/wine list has a balanced variety and if something wasn't available, it was provided "overnight". Only the vintage depth of the wine could be more diverse, but this is "complaining" at a very high level. The senior manager is charming, she visits every table in the evening and presents a jar of jam as a farewell. The rooms are always very clean and well equipped. Only the bathroom could use a better exhaust and the heating, which applies to the entire hotel, was set too high in our opinion.
The SPA/wellness area is great and was never overcrowded. And if you want, you can even swim a few meters in the outdoor swimming pool. The small fitness room offers something for everyone and is sufficient unless 5 people want to train at the same time.
Conclusion: Price/performance best, service/friendliness excellent, location good, food absolutely delicious. And there is also enough parking space on site. We'll definitely be happy to come back.

Top-run 4-star hotel, perfect in every detail!
Food:
Half board with snacks, for me it was like full board. From breakfast to digestif, simply superb. Varied food, something for everyone, whether meat, fish, or vegetarian, Tyrolean home cooking mixed with Italian charm, South Tyrol indeed.
Accommodation:
Clean, well-maintained, up-to-date, towels changed more often than we'd like, rooms are appropriate for their category, top-notch!
The wellness area is spacious and super clean, with plenty of loungers and towels.
Staff:
Every position is perfectly staffed, the cleaning staff are just as accommodating as the waiters and reception.
The manager of the hotel makes sure to personally ask guests how they are feeling at dinner.
A bit "dusty," but totally charming, thank you!

Our week-long stay was amazing! The double romantic room is a fairy tale, the restaurant is sublime and the spa area really well organised. I appreciated the separation between the adult and family areas and the attention to every detail.
The shuttle service to the lifts was very satisfactory.
The only note concerns the space in the room: for a few days and without snow clothing it is perfect, but we encountered some problems with the space as the wardrobe is really small.
I recommend the Rudolf experience to everyone!!

The structure is completely renovated, the spa offers several relaxation areas and also an adults-only area, the food is delicious, the room is spotless.

My husband and I spent a week in July at this hotel. The hotel is in a great location near a bus stop. All the attractions are within easy reach. The hotel is very clean, new, and comfortable. The staff is extremely kind and friendly. The food is excellent, made with high-quality ingredients, plentiful, from breakfast to afternoon snacks to dinner, everything delicious. If I could make just one small suggestion, the breakfast desserts could be a little more varied. Otherwise, everything was perfect, excellent value for money. The hotel organizes really nice weekly excursions. Breakfast on Lake Braies was unforgettable, as was the excursion to the Three Peaks. The guides were very knowledgeable. Special mention to our guide, Walter, who explained so much to us. In conclusion, a perfect holiday! Highly recommended hotel. We will definitely return!

The Hotel Rudolf doesn't underestimate its website! We stayed here for four days with our miniature poodle and had a fantastic time! The staff was consistently very friendly, the food was amazing, the wellness area was fantastic, and nothing else was missing! Our room was very modern, quiet, and perfectly equipped with storage space.
The bar area is very tastefully decorated. You can also have breakfast with your dog there, if you wish.
There's even a special dog area in the garden where you can lie down with your dog (on a leash, of course). They've truly thought of everything!

We received a very warm welcome and felt very comfortable. The hotel and rooms are very appealing. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The spa area has beautiful saunas and relaxation rooms. The saunas and relaxation rooms are rarely occupied; there are always free spaces available. Since there is also a family area, the other part of the spa is very quiet. People who don't want to undress or who have children can use this area. Sauna master Michael performs extremely relaxing infusions, especially the sound bowl infusion. The quality of the cuisine is excellent, with high-quality ingredients and beautifully presented.
I'm deducting one point because the temperature in the room and bathroom can only be controlled centrally. Therefore, it can't be made warmer during the day or turned off at night. Furthermore, I find €20 for half a liter of house wine absolutely overpriced.

Spa: Very nice spa with an infusion, but the outdoor pool wasn't very warm.
Snack: A generous snack that could be considered a lunch, with both sweet and savory options.
Room: Modern room and bathroom. Cleanliness was mediocre; we found a clump of hair on the shower tiles.
Dinner: The dinner wasn't worth it. We asked to swap the celery puree for mashed potatoes, and the very kind waitress (Elisabeth) said it could be done. Our dish arrived very late, and with fries, the maître d' being unprofessional, not typical of a four-star hotel. He didn't even tell us they couldn't make the mashed potatoes, but simply apologized for the delay. Finally, we ordered one of the two desserts offered and were told one was out of stock and we could have ice cream instead. Elisabeth, very kind, offered us a grappa to apologize.
Breakfast: The breakfast buffet was pretty good, but we ordered an omelet and got a frittata.

All praise to the staff. The hotel is super clean, the staff is friendly, the hotel location is great. Everything is super organized. The city bus stops in front of the hotel and you can ride it for free during your entire stay. The hotel shuttle goes to the ski slope. Walking in boots is minimal. Each room has its own locker for skis and other ski equipment. The lockers are located next to the shuttle. The breakfast is excellent. Whoever decides to stay at the Rudolf Hotel will not regret it. I look forward to coming back to Rudolf.

Food was great, specially breakfast. Thanks to Giuseppe and Tina in the restaurant, Nensi in the SPA and Ivana in HSKP for looking after us. The Owner really took the time and paid attention to all the details. It shows that the staff also seem to be enjoying and been looked after.. Spa was amazing, indoor and outdoor heated pools, location great, nearby the ski lift and slopes, Nordic Ski track Just minutes away. Room was excellent, bed super comfy and large. Definitely recommend Panorama Suite. Pic's says it all... Definitely will be back!

1. The staff is consistently attentive, friendly, and helpful.
2. The food is sensational. The chef knows his craft and knows how to delight guests with regional dishes as part of a 4-course menu.
3. The location is right at the foot of Kronplatz (5-10 minutes walk). With many hiking and cycling routes on site or in the immediate vicinity.
4. The rooms and wellness area are new or renovated, and the relaxation areas, as well as the heated outdoor pool, are simply fantastic.
All around, a clear recommendation!
And for those who criticize the unrenovated hallway (with carpeting), all I can think of is the famous "fly in the ointment," which, of course, can always be criticized.

We opted for a stay at the Hotel Rudolf, and we haven't regretted our decision for a second since arriving.
A major plus is the food. Not only were we, as parents and omnivores, impressed by the menu day after day, but our daughters (one vegetarian, one vegan) were also very well catered for with plant-based options.
Since we were looking for a mix of relaxation and activities, the hotel's location was perfect. A trip to the Tre Cime di Lavaredo in the Dolomites, a hike around Lake Prags, archery... all of this is easily accessible within an hour's drive. Afterward, Manet can relax in the hotel's spacious and modern wellness area or go for a swim in the outdoor pool.
A particular highlight was the staff. We have rarely experienced such attentive and helpful staff, who, in our opinion, definitely deserve special mention.
All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Rudolf and can highly recommend it!

A truly outstanding hotel! The service was very friendly and accommodating in every area! The food (breakfast, snacks, and dinner) was always delicious and varied. The pool and sauna area were very clean and modern. The fitness room could have been a bit larger and better equipped, but it was still absolutely adequate.

The cleanliness is impeccable everywhere, especially in the pool/spa areas, where I've always noticed the utmost cleanliness.
The rooms are comfortable and equipped with excellent personal care products such as shower gel and body lotion. Each room has a pleasant balcony with a small table. The bed and pillows are very comfortable.
The location is excellent: just a few minutes' walk from the cable car to Kronplatz, the bus stop for Brunico is directly opposite, and the center of Riscone is just a stone's throw away. The hotel provides each guest with a service card for participating in the Kronaktiv activities, which are always numerous and of varying types/difficulties. Furthermore, the hotel itself offers a daily activity program, and there are staff members who will help you find the activity that best suits you and your family in the morning.
The hotel's strong point and a sure reason to return: the restaurant! Always excellent dishes, well-prepared, with a wide selection and a wide variety, from traditional to national. Even the daily snack was a pleasure, with a wide selection once again. We always looked forward to dinner!
Compliments to all the staff, always courteous and smiling. The kids' club also provided us with wonderful games of table football!

We stayed at the hotel for a weekend, our second visit.
The hotel is very centrally located near Brunico and Plan de Corones. There is free parking right in front of the hotel.
Our room was very modern and had everything your heart could desire. The balcony faced the street, but it had a great view, and with the window closed, it was very quiet.
The food was fantastic! In the morning, there's a fantastic breakfast buffet with everything you could want. In the afternoon, there are snacks and salads that were always very fresh and delicious. The four-course dinner menu was a delight. There was something for every taste, and all the dishes were fresh and perfectly seasoned.
Whether at reception, in the wellness area, in the restaurant, or in housekeeping, all the staff were so friendly and accommodating. We always felt welcome.
The wellness area is super modern with various saunas and pools. There are plenty of loungers and chill-out seating outside.
The overall concept is simply harmonious and makes us want to book again :-)

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days...perfect! Everything was truly perfect, especially the very kind and helpful staff! The hotel was very clean. Every dinner we had was perfect; the staff always made sure we had a table outside where we could enjoy the cool air and the view. There was also a bar with a very friendly and helpful bartender. You can also ask for information on excursions or purchase excursions offered by the hotel at reasonable prices. At the end of our stay, they gave us a jar of jam and discount coupons. I highly recommend it, especially for the extreme attention and kindness shown by all the staff.

After many months confined to our homes like so many others, we decided to spend a few relaxing days in our favorite area, Trentino-Alto Adige and the Pusteria Valley.
The hotel was an excellent choice for many reasons: the service, the cuisine, the relaxation area, and the convenient location for excursions in the area.
The hotel has a large common area with several rooms for breakfast and main meals.
The relaxation area is equally large and well-equipped, with an indoor and outdoor heated pool and a hot tub in the hotel garden overlooking the mountains.
We chose the half-board option, and I highly recommend it because the menu changes daily and the dishes are carefully prepared using local, seasonal ingredients (don't miss the afternoon snack or breakfast by the pool in the morning).
Our room was very comfortable with a large balcony overlooking the mountains.
The kindness of the staff is equally important, and they made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
This hotel was truly a pleasant surprise, and even our two dogs enjoyed every comfort.

A comfortable hotel recently renovated (some areas are still being renovated). It features a large, new spa with saunas, relaxation rooms, whirlpools, and a heated outdoor pool. The rooms are modern while maintaining a mountain style—not kitsch, but simple and comfortable. The hotel's common areas still have an old-fashioned feel that could use some updating, although I personally like the old-fashioned, elegant bar. If it were to be renovated, I would try to preserve its atmosphere. Overall, a very positive experience, especially considering that mountain hotels, unless they're part of large companies, often rarely go beyond a cabin-style feel, all carpet and dusty memorabilia.

My husband and I stayed at this property for a weekend spa break, including an overnight stay. We were greeted warmly; as soon as we arrived, they invited us to the bar for a drink and then handed us our room keys. The staff was always friendly and available to answer any questions. We had a small dog with us, and since we couldn't enter the restaurant, they welcomed us for both dinner and breakfast at a separate table, allowing us to bring our dog along. They treated us with the same attention we would have received in the restaurant. The food was truly excellent, and the pools were well-maintained and welcoming. A fantastic wellness hotel in South Tyrol. The wellness area is spacious. It has several saunas, steam baths, and swimming pools. The food, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, was also excellent. Plenty of variety and always prepared with love. The service staff did a fantastic job. They always had a good joke ready when serving and were always friendly. Jean-Luc mixes delicious amaretto sours. We felt very comfortable during our stay and can highly recommend it.

I stayed at this hotel from August 16th to 22nd. It's a gem nestled in the heart of the Pusteria Valley. The food service was excellent, with maître d' Giuseppe clearly making a positive difference. The breakfast was excellent. Our room was slightly dated but pleasant, with comfortable beds and a superb spa.

A beautiful hotel with an excellent location near Plan de Corones. The rooms are very nice, though not very large, with furnished balconies and clotheslines. Wi-Fi is included. They offer a generous and varied breakfast and dinner with tasty, carefully prepared dishes, and in the afternoon they offer a snack buffet to be enjoyed at the outdoor tables. The large wellness area includes several relaxation rooms (some exclusively for adults), a sauna, a Turkish bath, an indoor pool, and a spa. They offer daily activities for adults and children, as well as mountain bikes. There's a large outdoor area with a pool and well-spaced loungers. The price also includes a Holiday Pass for free travel and participation in various activities. There's also a beautiful golf course nearby. The staff is courteous. This hotel is truly a little gem. The spaces are perfect for perfect relaxation, the rooms are spacious and mostly recently renovated, and the exterior boasts a large garden where—even when the hotel is full—you can find relaxation and peace. There are outdoor pools with water always at a pleasant temperature, and indoor pools with thoughtfully designed relaxation areas. There are two types of wellness centers, one for families and one for adults. A gym with full Technogym equipment is also available.
The staff is attentive, helpful, and never intrusive, ensuring your stay is always perfect (Giuseppe and Elisabeth in the dining room never lost sight of us, and Jenny was a perfect ally for staying in shape).
The food is exquisite, the portions are adequate and varied at every meal, and the cleanliness and order are impeccable.
The location is convenient for getting around, and the hotel has bicycles, including electric ones.

A fantastic property, with modern and welcoming rooms and a staff that's always attentive and friendly. A gem in the Dolomites, a 5-minute drive from the Kronplatz ski lifts and half an hour from Lake Braies.
The wellness area is superb, it feels like being at a spa.
The bar is also very nice, allowing you to end the evening on a high note after dinner, keeping in mind that it's not always easy or convenient to find bars and clubs in Trentino.
Dinner is always a surprise, with refined dishes that change every day but are always spectacular.
We loved every minute spent in this splendid hotel and will definitely be back.

The outdoor area is beautiful, with a lawn, children's playground, and a heated outdoor pool with a relaxation area. It's almost full board, given the abundant snacks! The staff is very helpful and patient, and a spacious lounge encourages socializing with musical evenings or tastings. The wellness area and pool are well-organized, and bikes are available for use, and excursions can be organized. Dogs are welcome, and the menu is varied, including vegan dishes. The kids' club could be improved, and some rooms for four people are very cramped. Additionally, some overlook the parking lot, so they can be a bit noisy with the windows open in the summer.

5 stars because it was a great stay, with polite staff, and I felt especially comfortable with my dog. Excellent location, spacious rooms, cleanliness, and a well-equipped spa (spa kit in the room!). One criticism, which I don't want to lower the overall rating, is that the restaurant menu isn't priced for the dishes offered, and the food quality is good, but not exceptional. Breakfast, on the other hand, is generally enjoyable, with a good selection of savory items, a wide selection of drinks, cereals, seeds, and bread; the sweet options, however, are decent.
Dogs are also welcome in the hotel's green spaces, but with the care and common sense of their handlers.

Our room was beautiful, with a spacious living room equipped with every comfort and impeccably clean.
The wellness area is truly spectacular; I've never experienced a hotel like it before; it has two areas, one for families and the other exclusively for adults. The highlight is definitely the outdoor pool, which lets you enjoy the view and the mountains.
The food is impeccable from breakfast to dinner, with a wide range of dishes to satisfy every palate! I fell in love with the afternoon snack (from 3 to 5 pm) offered by the hotel, perfect for a tasty break.
The staff is extremely kind and available to answer any questions, especially the head waiter, who is the true heart of the hotel.
I recommend everyone to live this dream with Hotel Rudolf because it makes you feel like you're in paradise.

You know what it means to feel welcomed? Well, that's what you feel at Rudolf from the moment you arrive, with the first smile you get at reception. Offers for excursions, both on foot and by e-bike, are always high-quality and perfectly timed to enjoy the pool/wellness offers in the afternoons.
The only small flaw is that the kids' club isn't very appealing for slightly older children, but even my kids enjoyed the walks and bike rides.
If I told you about the evening menus and breakfasts, there wouldn't be enough space...in short, they're excellent, even for vegans and vegetarians, always present in the available options.

We stayed at the wonderful Hotel Rudolf last week. Our large room was on the new 3rd floor. The room is extremely spacious with a balcony (including a small stew pot!), a great view of the mountains, and ultra-modern furnishings. Everything you need is there, the bed is large and comfortable, and everything is super clean. We really liked the practical layout with a walk-in closet including a safe at eye level, the separate toilet, and the spacious shower with plenty of storage space. The cosmetic products were also very good, especially the body lotion.
We were warmly welcomed by manager Kurt, invited for a drink, and immediately provided with important information about the hotel and the sports facilities. We gladly accepted the offered hiking tour around the Three Peaks with hiking guide Walter (free of charge) and then enjoyed a wonderful day in the mountains with other friendly hotel guests.
The buffet from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. was plentiful, and the pastry chef deserves a big compliment for his wonderful creations and the fluffy cakes.
The staff in every area was extremely warm, friendly, and attentive; you felt absolutely welcome. The prices for drinks are reasonable.
I would like to mention the extremely spacious facilities around the wellness area and relaxation room. Such beautifully furnished rooms and spaciousness are rare. The garden is huge, with plenty of loungers, and there's an indoor and outdoor pool with a bubble bath, which is very relaxing after a long day of exercise.
We received ideas for sporty bike tours and hikes from the staff and Kurt. A backpack was borrowed for free, and the new e-bikes are of good quality. If you can't return with your bike, you can be picked up as a guest, and the trains and buses are all free.
Last but not least, a few words about breakfast and dinner. Both were very plentiful, varied, and always absolutely fresh. There was more than enough food, and the dishes were delicious.
We highly recommend the hotel and the surrounding area to everyone and will definitely book this hotel again ourselves.

A truly elegant and well-maintained hotel. A generous snack menu with a wide selection. Just a few meters (about 700 meters) from the ski lifts, with a shuttle service every 5 minutes. The wellness center is divided for relaxation and peace. Indoor and outdoor whirlpools, as well as numerous saunas and two Turkish baths.

Hotel in an excellent location, just minutes from the center of Brunico and a few meters from the slopes and ski lifts to Plan de Corones; warm and welcoming atmosphere, comfortable and elegant rooms; it has a wellness center with indoor and outdoor pools, whirlpool, saunas, and relaxation rooms; there is also a kids' room with toys for children aged 0-3; however, the food could be improved, and drinks (not included) are expensive; otherwise, prices are in line with those of the area.

A truly comfortable hotel. The spacious, meticulously maintained rooms feature large-screen TVs, a generous supply of towels, a spacious shower, and a spacious terrace overlooking the Konplatz (Plan de Corones). The breakfast is generous (from sweet to savory, including always fresh and delicious fruit), excellent cuisine with delicious desserts (the strudel is exceptional, and the dessert buffet is extraordinary), and the staff are very accommodating to children's needs. The pool area is convenient (one indoor and one outdoor, each with its own hot tub), and there's a spa for adults only and one accessible to children. A truly pleasant surprise... Highly recommended, especially in the winter, given its proximity to the cable car to Plan de Corones.

The rooms are nice, though not very practical. The food is good, but the portions are small. The Wi-Fi works well, and the pool and sauna area is beautiful and suitable for children. They accept dogs. The organization of excursions, which are few and far between, and the cleanliness of the rooms, which seemed superficial, especially during our stay, could definitely be improved. Drinks are expensive.

The rooms and facilities were spotless and well-maintained. The restaurant was delicious from breakfast to dinner. The staff were welcoming and always available. We had a wonderful time again... (I think it was the tenth time!!...the first time, I think, was maybe fifteen years ago...)

Quiet hotel near the valley station to Kronplatz (free shuttle on request) – excellent wellness area with sauna and small pool. Rich breakfast buffet, afternoon buffet, and 5-course dinner menu. Large, clean rooms with comfortable beds, TV, and Wi-Fi. Very friendly and helpful staff – a friendly atmosphere – the owner personally looks after guests.
Further expansion and modernization in spring 2016 – then even more highly recommended.

A warm welcome upon arrival with a delicious welcome drink. The hotel offers a fantastic holiday package and wellness options. Fantastic rooms, superb service, and the food (we booked half board) was simply divine. We have rarely encountered such a great package with such excellent value for money. The staff are very hospitable and professional. Thank you for the wonderful and enjoyable vacation we were able to spend with you.
