The Hotel Winkler is my haven of peace and relaxation, where I return every year when I need to recharge. Impeccable hospitality, kind and professional staff, a wonderful spa with saunas and steam rooms, and fabulous cuisine: sumptuous breakfasts and always delicious evening menus.

A beautiful hotel, beautifully designed, in a panoramic location.
The 3/4 board was excellent, the chefs were excellent.
Breakfast was varied and featured many local products.
The lunch buffet was a bit sparse, with a long line at the first course station (I would recommend the soup of the day if it were available at the buffet). Dinner was excellent, with a varied menu, delicious meats, super professional wait staff, and 5-star service.
The spa was very beautiful, as were the pools and common areas.
Overall, I found it a little underheated compared to other hotels I've stayed at.

A dream stay at Hotel Winkler – perfection down to the last detail!
We had the pleasure of spending seven wonderful days at Hotel Winkler over the autumn holidays and were absolutely delighted. From the moment we arrived, we realized that service, quality, and hospitality are paramount here. Our car was parked for us, all our luggage was taken to our room, and we were able to start our holiday right away with a fantastic breakfast (for a reasonable surcharge). Our room was even ready at 9:30 am – amazing!
Food & Service:
The breakfast is incredibly varied and high-quality: fresh egg dishes, waffles, crepes, regional products, and even à la carte options. In the afternoon (2–5 pm), fresh pasta, pizza, salads, cheeses, and a wonderful selection of pastries await. In the evening, there is a six-course menu with a wide variety of choices, including vegetarian options. A children's menu and special requests are lovingly accommodated. The staff is attentive, warm, and always available – service at its absolute best! A particularly pleasant feature: Everyone in the hotel is on a first-name basis, which creates a relaxed atmosphere.
Wellness & Spa:
Heated indoor (17 m) and outdoor (25 m) pools, a large whirlpool, a rooftop pool with views of the Dolomites, numerous relaxation rooms, infrared loungers, a plunge pool, and several saunas. The wellness area is beautifully designed, tranquil, and well-maintained. The sauna week with international sauna masters was especially impressive – seven themed infusions daily, a truly unique experience! Another great feature: The spa can be used free of charge until 2 p.m. on the day of departure (until 6 p.m. for a small additional fee, including afternoon tea).
Activities & Excursions:
Daily yoga, Pilates, meditation with singing bowls, guided hikes, and a modern fitness studio are offered. The hotel provides fantastic excursions for children, such as trips to the petting zoo in the hotel's own 8-seater bus or pony rides (for a small additional fee). Everything is perfectly organized and thoughtfully executed.
Childcare:
From 10:00 AM to 9:30 PM, there's a varied program: arts and crafts, climbing, movies, a kids' disco, and creative activities. The children can choose what they want to do – the team is warm, flexible, and incredibly dedicated. A particularly nice feature: the hotel isn't a typical children's hotel, but it offers the perfect balance between family-friendliness and relaxation for adults.
A small suggestion for improvement: A half-hour overlap between shifts at 2:00 PM would be ideal to make things easier for the children.
Rooms & Atmosphere:
Light wood tones, warm colors, underfloor heating, a modern bathroom, and a balcony with a hanging chair – all around cozy. With approximately 70 rooms (around 200 guests), the hotel never feels crowded. In the evenings, live music, a crackling fireplace, and pleasant conversations at the bar create a wonderful ambiance.
Conclusion:
Hotel Winkler is a place where luxury, warmth, and well-being come together perfectly. Priced in the premium segment, but worth every penny. We will definitely be back – highly recommended!
(Small idea: A swimwear dryer in the spa would be practical)

We stayed at Hotel Winkler with our eleven-year-old daughter. The hotel was fantastic. We (from South Tyrol) have already stayed in several five-star hotels in South Tyrol. Hotel Winkler is definitely one of the best addresses in South Tyrol. The hotel's furnishings are modern and very beautiful. The food was outstanding, and I mean absolutely everything. From the quality to the portion sizes and the presentation. Something new every day, whether in the morning, afternoon, or evening. The wine list also had something to offer everyone. In addition, our head waiter, Irmi, was wonderful and provided us with excellent advice and entertainment every evening. That's an essential part of a great meal. The live music in the bar in the evening was also very nice, and there were plenty of board games available. The spa area with saunas and the stunning sky pool was absolutely amazing. The sunsets at the sky pool were very romantic. The large whirlpool was very well heated and we used it frequently, even though we had a private whirlpool on our room's terrace thanks to an upgrade from the hotel. Our daughter had a fantastic time too. From horseback riding and quad biking to climbing, laser shows, and games nights, there was something for everyone. Plus, downstairs there was free billiards, table tennis, table football, a sports hall, and much more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

This was my second time at the Winkler Hotel and I was once again completely satisfied. Starting with the friendly welcome on arrival, the quick and uncomplicated check-in and luggage service, the delicious food with a wide selection and the large spa area. The staff are, as always, very friendly and attentive. You simply feel at home. The hotel offers a range of different sporting activities and the staff at reception are also happy to help organize other activities. There is nothing to complain about in terms of the cleanliness of the entire hotel; it was always impeccable. The location of the hotel is fantastic, giving you plenty of options for planning your vacation with a variety of activities, and the view from the rooftop pool is fantastic. The hotel leaves nothing to be desired and all the staff are very professional and friendly. I will definitely be back.

We were absolutely thrilled with this beautiful hotel! Starting with the service: The staff are all incredibly friendly and accommodating. Due to an unforeseen event, we were unable to continue our stay as planned at relatively short notice and were able to leave a day early without any problems. We are very grateful for this gracious gesture! The food was delicious, and the selection was extensive. Our room (Suite Love) was very clean and beautifully furnished, and the whirlpool was the perfect finishing touch. The wellness area was also a dream. We'll definitely be back :)

We finally returned to the Winkler Hotel after five years. In 2020, we stayed in the Love Suite and this time again for a few days. It is an absolute dream hotel, and nothing is lacking here. It is quietly located, with a stunning view. The staff are all very courteous and friendly, well-groomed, and tidy. I love it when the work clothes are so tastefully chosen. The entrance area and the bar have been newly modernized and simply create an absolute WOW effect upon entering. The rooms and adjoining areas, everything is immaculate. There is simply nothing that makes you think, "That needs updating." There is no dust, no dirt, not a single unkempt spot. You simply cannot stop being amazed and feel completely at ease. The food is great, the service is first-class, and the drink prices are mostly reasonable. This year, we also booked a massage and a beauty treatment, and we were not disappointed. The new Skypool is beautiful and really puts the icing on the cake. It was simply a perfect weekend, and we certainly won't wait another five years to come back. Thank you for such a beautiful place!

This is our third time at the Hotel Winkler. What we liked best again:
- Very attentive service from the entire team. Markus, Stefan, and Julian deserve special mention.
- The largely typical South Tyrolean dinner menu.
- Wonderfully relaxing sauna infusions from Martin, Simon, and Giuseppe.
- Beautiful guided hikes that you'd never find on your own.
We're coming back in January for a few days of skiing.

I spent three days during my winter holidays at this splendid hotel. It was my first time, but certainly not my last. The location and hospitality are top-notch, and the rooms are warm and inviting, pampering you with comfort and essential design.
The rest of the hotel will make you forget the city and your daily worries. The pools, themed saunas, restaurant, and indoor and outdoor pools will restore your inner peace. I can't wait to return. The restaurant's food is excellent, the service is attentive and punctual, and the overall organization is top-notch.
Just minutes from the ski slopes, it's the ideal place. The price is proportional to the experience.

We were absolutely amazed by the Winkler Hotel! We were there once in 2019, and back then, the front part was still very old-fashioned and uninviting.
But when we returned in November 2024, we were very pleasantly surprised. The renovation of the front part has taken the entire hotel to a completely new level.
The food is excellent, both at lunch and dinner. A huge selection at the buffet.
I can only recommend it to everyone!

Best wellness hotel we've been to so far!
The service is truly a 12/10, the food is absolutely fantastic, and we couldn't rave enough about the wellness area. Simon and Giuseppe's infusions are especially amazing. The only minor criticism is that it's a bit of a shame that the lounge area in the outdoor sauna is very visible from several places. A privacy screen would have been great.

Thank you so much for another wonderful and relaxing holiday with you. Even though our booked stay at the Solvie (Sonnenhof) unfortunately didn't work out, it did have the positive effect of getting to know another Winkler Hotel ;-). We haven't regretted rebooking at this hotel for a moment. Starting with the fantastic ambiance, the outstanding, Michelin-starred cuisine, and of course the super friendly, personable, and attentive staff. Whether at reception, the bar, or the dining room... everyone was super nice and accommodating. A very special thank you goes to Sylvia, who served us in the restaurant; we felt incredibly comfortable with her. A highlight, of course, is the rooftop pool, simply a dream.
One small drawback was the room: the view from the balcony was of the opposite building wall, and the bathroom was very, very small. But it was an older room in the main building, and we were out and about all day anyway. On our next stay, which will definitely be again, we'll book the new wing.
We're already looking forward to next year.

A Day Spa in an enchanting location with excellent service!!
It is the first time we visit this beautiful hotel in Santo Stefano, near the town of Brunico, in Plan de Corones.
Upon our arrival we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful structure of the Hotel, the refinement of the rooms and the professionalism of the receptionists.
The wellness area is really large, clean, complete with various sauna areas and relaxation areas, a bonus for the Premium Spa for adults only.
The water park consisting of 7 pools of different sizes equipped with hydromassage and Kneipp points as well as the large garden with comfortable loungers, make the visit truly wonderful.
The gastronomic proposal of the afternoon buffet offers tasty dishes made with excellent raw materials.
Wide choice of hot and cold dishes, salads and vegetables, cheeses and finally a large assortment of sweets and desserts.
Kind, helpful and very professional dining room staff.
The price is adequate for the proposal and the quality of the services offered by the Hotel, we will definitely return as soon as possible.

After a very long journey from northern Germany, we received a very friendly and warm welcome. We left our car keys at reception, and our suitcases were brought to our room. During this time, we were invited to an aperitif on the terrace. Afterwards, we were given a tour of the room. We received an upgrade and the most wonderful room. Cozy, with a view of the village church and the mountains, room 345. I would book it again anytime because it's quieter and more discreet, and not as busy as the rooms facing the pool. So, for our taste , it was the nicest room.
First-class service and food. Great breakfast buffet with an à la carte selection. Drinks are included with breakfast. Fresh juice to squeeze your own juice as you like. The quality of the products is very high. The lunch buffet is small, consisting of antipasti and a show cooking menu with two menus to choose from. In the evening, the à la carte menu with an antipasti buffet, a total of 6 courses, is a dream.
Lots of hiking options, including yoga.
The spa is very friendly and very pleasant. Sauna infusions in the event sauna are highly recommended. Guiseppe and Simone are great they heat things up nicely and put on a good show.
I would still recommend it, though: since many guests probably sleep with their balcony doors open in spring/summer, smokers and non-smokers should be separated. Otherwise, the smell unfortunately drifts into the non-smoking room, and that's annoying.
I also noticed that some waiters pay more attention to guests from the wealthier clientele; perhaps this should be addressed again and stopped. So far, this has been the best relaxation factor for me in all my vacations so far. We'll definitely be back. And we're looking forward to the opening of Solvie. Good luck in the future. Best wishes

Big hotel, a bit confusing to walk around but very beautiful. The view of the breakfast and dinner room is beautiful. The mountains are stacked together. You have to see it with your bare eyes. The camera is not good. The hotel is on a hill. Breakfast is good. Dinner is served slowly as courses. The swimming pool is very good, 2 pools, Jacuzzi, the bedroom is very good but I forgot to take a picture. There were 3 of us sleeping in 2 bedrooms. Separated. Book directly with the hotel, it is good and cheaper. Many dishes are not complete with pictures. But the staff still does not explain and recommend the rooms very well.

We were able to unwind and enjoy our vacation here.

Lovely hotel. Very nice experience. Extremely pleasant staff and comfortable rooms. Food was high quality for the most part and generous. I had a great massage one day. Only personal gripe is that the 25 meter pool, which was a main decision factor for our selecting this hotel because I swim so much, was kept at a SCORCHING 31 degrees celcius. Why have such a pool if you keep it so hot? It's not at all refreshing to swim in.

It is not the first time I have stayed at the Winkler, but this time the thing that most annoyed me was that in the restaurant, where the food is otherwise excellent, they ask you 3 euros for the bottle of filtered and sparkling tap water. Water is given for free especially in a 5 star. If I had asked for a Perrier or similar, I understand... but not spring water! All the friends who were with me found it unpleasant and ungentlemanly. We are in a 5 star: do not say that you make me pay for tap water, rather you raise the price of the room! This is a small thing that leaves a bitter taste in your mouth. A trifle that would cost the hotel nothing, instead....
I am changing my review a month later because I was offered a discount coupon (which I am not interested in) for my next stay to erase the constructive criticism I wrote. It is a shame to miss the opportunity to improve by silencing a criticism, a missed opportunity also for the many serious workers who offer their professionalism to the Winkler. The management shows that they are not up to the standards of the stars they boast about. It is a case of saying: "class is not water"! You don't pay and you don't buy! Terrible!

We visited the Hotel Winkler for the first time and became aware of it thanks to a blog post written by a celiac who recommended this hotel. For celiacs, the food is a dream, too good to be true. We had already given up hope of going on vacation again. My husband is severely affected by his celiac disease. At breakfast, a large selection of gluten-free rolls, pretzel sticks, and muffins were already on the table or brought to him without him having to ask. At dinner, there is a separate gluten-free menu, and you can even choose from several dishes for starters, main courses, and desserts. The plate containing the gluten-free food is always marked with a clip and labeled "gluten-free," so that nothing can be mixed up. Out of eight days, he only had symptoms on two days, which is even better than at home in our 100% gluten-free household. Since he also helped himself to the salad buffet, this is likely the reason. Those with celiac disease who skip this option will still be more than satisfied with the remaining five courses. Even a chocolate in the room upon arrival was labeled "gluten-free"! At the afternoon buffet, there were always at least two different gluten-free cakes to choose from.
The service is excellent, and the hotel is stunningly beautiful. The staff is very friendly and seems to have been there for many years and are very happy.
The only drawback for us was the location. This may not necessarily be a problem with the hotel, but rather with the region. Bus and cable car tickets are included in the hotel price. However, the cable car closest to the hotel (approx. 2 km) is not included. According to my research, the nearest cable car included in the ticket is a good 50 km away. We weren't quite sure where we should or could go hiking. So it's great that the hotel offers guided hikes. Guests from various hotels also congregate here. When booking, or on the website, I found it very confusing that there are so many different hotels, and I couldn't quite figure out how they all fit together. The program is very diverse. It's the right hotel for wellness, sports, and hiking! If hiking is your main priority, you'll be happier in Kleinwalsertal in Austria. Just be aware of that.

For the second time at the Hotel Winkler – and definitely not the last time! This house is the epitome of switching off and relaxing. Every stay feels like a little break from everyday life. The spa area is fantastic: modern, spacious, spotlessly clean and simply perfect for relaxing - even in bad weather.
Everything is incredibly well maintained and thought out. You can tell that every detail has been implemented with love. The entire staff is extremely friendly, attentive and warm - you feel completely taken care of. The food is of a very high standard, and we have special recommendations for the apple strudel - which is almost the main reason for my husband to come back!
The location with a mountain panorama and the whirlpool with a view of nature are simply unforgettable. We decided to spend every wedding anniversary here - that says it all.
We would prefer not to write this review at all in order to keep this gem as an insider tip... but: The Hotel Winkler is a real highlight and a clear recommendation!

The rooms in the old wing aren't 5-star. There are rooms like this even in 4-star hotels in Trentino. No smart TV in the room. The panoramic Sky pool water isn't very hot. The evening menu is only gourmet, too elaborate and lacks typical dishes, such as the traditional game pappardelle or venison with polenta (a classic example). Breakfast is excellent. The spa is lovely and very large. Overall, the service is good. The lobby is beautiful, except for the inconvenience of having to pass by reception every time you go to the restaurant or spa. It's located in an excellent area with excellent transport links.

For us, everything is just right. The vacation begins with an extremely friendly welcome from the ladies at reception. The rooms and suites are stylishly furnished and offer stunning views of the beautiful landscape. The service is very attentive, unobtrusive, and pleasant, creating a particularly family-friendly atmosphere. The food leaves nothing to be desired: a very extensive and varied breakfast buffet, an afternoon snack with salad, cake, fruit, cheese, and hot snacks. Beautiful 5-star hotel! Spacious, with many rooms of varying sizes. Ours was a double suite with a garden and private heated pool. The spa is lovely, with spacious areas and a heated double pool. The rooftop pool is also lovely. The restaurant is fantastic, with an impressive menu featuring selections that showcase local produce. Breakfast and afternoon snacks are delicious. Special mention goes to the staff: knowledgeable, friendly, and always available.

We used the day spa, and despite the undoubtedly high cost, we were extremely satisfied. The place is wonderfully beautiful, divided into a section where children are allowed, so it can be quite noisy, and honestly, I would have preferred more supervision. But beyond that door is a haven of relaxation, with secluded corners, delicious herbal teas, and diverse areas. The saunas are separate, with access included, of course. There are two nudist saunas, two Turkish baths, a salt room, an indoor pool with jets and a Jacuzzi, a cold shower system, a Kneipp bath, various emotional showers, an ice fountain, a cold water pool, and a lounge with water. Family access includes a sauna, Turkish bath, and a fantastic waterbed room. In the afternoon, there are sauna events masterfully led by Giuseppe, a young, capable, and dedicated man. There's a climbing room, a gym, classes, billiards, board games, and ping pong—there's truly enough to do whatever you want during the 12 hours it's open without getting bored.
The crowning glory is the skypool on the top floor with a view of the mountains, which is immensely beautiful.
Towels, herbal teas, juices, fruit, nuts, and water are available at your disposal.
Everything is well-organized to allow all guests to have what they want, although it's a bit confusing as the changing rooms and spa areas are separated, and without someone to show you where to go, you have to explore a bit on your own.
The day spa also includes a lunch buffet, which is excellent, with a breathtaking view.

After several stays in South Tyrol, we chose the Hotel Winkler this time because of its ideal central location for mountaineers. From here, the Fanes Nature Park, Pisciadu, and the Pfunderer Mountains are all within easy reach. The hotel itself leaves nothing to be desired.
The professional sports program, organized by fitness trainer Alex, is particularly noteworthy. We participated in intensive HIIT sessions that were not only challenging but also entertaining. The wide range of activities also pleasantly surprised us. We participated in a hike to the Edelrauthütte, organized by the hotel, which is challenging even for ambitious hikers. However, there are also hikes for beginners, so the hotel truly caters to all needs. Hiking guide Alex gave us useful tips for extending the hike, which we gratefully accepted.
In the afternoon, we relaxed in the spa area. The adults-only area is almost perfect. One minor criticism is the somewhat noisy fountain in the relaxation area, which we would recommend turning off or replacing. The infusions were excellent, but it would be helpful if the sauna masters could also give the introductions in English to accommodate international guests. The loud music during the infusions is a matter of taste. What we missed in the spa area were quiet areas with more privacy. Unfortunately, there were no "nests" like those we've seen in other hotels.
The culinary offerings were perfect. At breakfast, the grilled tomatoes were sold out early and weren't replenished, but with the wide selection, it's easy to find alternatives. Dinner was sensational and left nothing to be desired. Even the afternoon snack was varied.
Our waitress was particularly attentive and accommodated special requests very accommodatingly. The unobstructed, stunning view from the terrace is a special highlight.
Our room, a Love Suite with direct access to the garden, also offered a stunning view. You can enjoy a glass of wine or coffee on the outdoor bed or in the jacuzzi. In the evenings, there's even a romantic fire. One minor criticism of the amenities: There was no tea or milk for the coffee in the room.
The cocktails at the bar are also very good. In addition to the signature cocktails, others are also prepared upon request.
Overall, a fantastic facility that absolutely deserves a 5-star rating.

Hotel Winkler. We stayed in a "Love Suite." We were more than satisfied with almost everything. The food was very varied and extremely delicious. The service was always very friendly and fulfilled every wish. The wellness program also left nothing to be desired. The pool and sauna area are also well-maintained. There are plenty of activities for both adults and children (cinema, games room with billiards and foosball, etc.).
The only downside was the room. It repeatedly smelled very strongly of drains/sewerage. Even after repeatedly mentioning the problem, the problem could not be resolved. For the price, you expect a bit more. Hence the star deduction.

Hotel Winkler in St. Lorenz is our absolute favorite hotel, and we visit once or twice a year. Both adults and children get their money's worth here. From the diverse leisure activities to the culinary highlights – the hotel leaves nothing to be desired. We especially love the pistachio croissants at breakfast! The kitchen offers excellent dishes from morning to night. Our next stay in mid-November will be our sixth visit, and we're already looking forward to it!

It's a truly wonderful spa hotel. Great swimming pools, fantastic saunas, delicious food, and lovely rooms. There's also a lot on offer for children... a climbing wall, a cinema, kids' entertainment, and so on.
Everything was very clean, and the staff was always friendly.
What I find a bit disappointing is that you can only stay in the spa area until 2:00 PM on departure, and lunch isn't included. I've stayed in many, many spa hotels, and so far, you've always been able to stay until at least 4:00 PM, and lunch was included. (I think that would be appropriate at these prices.) That's really the only criticism I have, but we were only there for two days, so I can only comment on our "first impressions."
I would definitely come back, though, as it was a fantastic and relaxing stay overall.

This is our third time here and we'd love to come back. It's important to note that you should book a west-facing room in the new wing of the building, as this is by far the most beautiful view. The rooms in the old wing are also traditionally beautiful, but nowhere near as good and don't offer a great view.

We had a fantastic stay at the 5-star Hotel Winkler in South Tyrol! We especially loved the well-designed lighting concept, which created a cozy atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and gave us great recommendations.

The resort is beautiful, and the welcome was exceptional. We had booked an Alpine room, which is in the section that hasn't been renovated yet and doesn't have air conditioning. We overlooked this detail when booking. We asked if it was possible to change rooms, and the very kind receptionists found a solution. The new room was a love suite, which is truly beautiful, with a private hot tub... TOP. The breakfast and lunch buffets are high-quality, and the restaurant is no exception. The kitchen staff are excellent. The pool and spa are 5-star. We had a great time. If I had to give one more star, I'd give it to the entire staff. Professional, helpful, very kind, and always smiling... well done everyone.

I spent a day at the Hotel Winkler yesterday, and it was a wonderful day out from start to finish! With the Day Spa and the included breakfast and dinner, yesterday felt like a real mini vacation. The breakfast and afternoon buffets are simply fantastic. There's an endless selection, from good coffee to freshly squeezed juices and a buffet of cold cuts, cheeses, and more, that leaves absolutely nothing to be desired. The afternoon buffet, which is included in the Day Spa, ranges from salads and hot and cold savory snacks to sweet treats! With dinner, we really had the full Winkler experience - apart from a large appetizer buffet, all five courses were a solid 10/10. The ambiance, the view, the service - everything was so harmonious and beautiful. As you can see from the pictures, the entire hotel is an absolute feel-good place that is perfect for unwinding. The spacious loungers, the adults-only area, and the sauna area - everything was pure relaxation. Last but not least, I'd like to mention the lovely staff! Everyone at the Hotel Winkler is so incredibly friendly, and you always feel like you're in good hands and welcome! I can wholeheartedly recommend the Hotel Winkler – for anyone looking for the perfect place to unwind and relax, and who also loves fine food – Hotel Winkler is the place to be! A very nice wellness hotel in South Tyrol, with great pools and a magnificent sky pool, as well as dreamy suites. We had the Love Suite with an outdoor whirlpool, which was beautiful.
The wellness area was also top-notch, but very spartanly furnished. In my opinion, the South Tyrolean coziness is lacking here.
The food is absolutely top-notch; it couldn't be better. Whether it was the opulent breakfast buffet or the extensive evening menu with a daily changing antipasti buffet, it was simply fantastic.
The staff is also very friendly, with the exception of our waitress, who blocked our requests for a table on the sun terrace every evening and made a huge fuss. We always had to go to the head waiter, who took care of everything immediately and promptly. Therefore, only 3* for service.
Upon departure, the "problem" was briefly addressed again, and without any comment from us, all drinks were paid for by the hotel.
That was surprising and a really quick response, worthy of a 5* hotel.

An unforgettable stay. My fiancé and I got married on lago Di braies while staying at Winkler, the entire staff made the stay so special. They arranged my bouquet, a picnic breakfast, decorated our suite, and made us feel so taken care of from start to finish.
All staff knew us and our room number.
The hotel itself is incredible- a little slice of heaven. 10/10 spa and sauna, well-equipped gym and so much more. The love suite was perfect for us, and the restaurant was I believable. Catering so kindly to my dietary restrictions (gluten & lactose free).

Our six-day stay at the Winkler Hotel was simply breathtaking – a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. The hotel's modern design and the fabulous view of the valley and the majestic mountains immediately enchanted us.
The spectacular sauna infusions were a real highlight, and the selection of pools was simply sensational. Every morning, noon, evening, and in between, we were treated to delicious culinary delights that left nothing to be desired.
The fitness studio is a paradise for sports enthusiasts – nothing is lacking here. We were particularly excited about the opportunity to spontaneously rent e-bikes and participate in the brilliantly organized mountain tours with charming and humorous guides.
The sports and games offered us experiences we've never had before. The entire hotel and room design is a true feast for the eyes, and the service was outstanding in every respect.

We spent our family holiday at the Hotel Winkler in San Lorenzo from 16-23.03.2024. This was our 5th stay at this hotel. I would like to thank very much Miriam Winkler and Christof Schuster, the whole service team, the waiters, the bus drivers and others. The atmosphere in this hotel is unique. Everyone is friendly, polite and helpful. We arrive as if we were at home and feel so at home. The standard of the hotel is still, over the years, very high. Even higher e.g. the spread snack after skiing. When you leave your ski room, there is practically immediately a bus waiting to take you to the ski lift at Kronplatz. The sauna and the presentations during the sauna by Martin and his colleague are fantastic. You have to experience it especially the Alps rock sauna:). Our dining room team was professional and very friendly. Special thanks to Maria and Eleonora. The open swimming pool on the roof of the hotel provides calming, peace and a super view. What I write is the honest truth. Whoever does not believe me, come and spend a few days in this hotel. Thank you again for a beautiful time and a great holiday. I hope to come there again. There are various hotels, but fortunately there is the Winkler!

The hotel is great. This applies to the very nice, always friendly service, to the delicious cuisine, and everything in general. The lift to Kronplatz can be reached quickly with the shuttle. The entire wellness offering is also excellent, especially the pool on the roof. We spent wonderful days here, visited Bruneck, went skiing, went to the Lumen and the Messner Mountain Museum. I was only here for a day trip. It was really lovely, varied, clean, and the service was top-notch. The included lunch was fantastic, especially the dessert. I'm deducting one star because they kept telling us they were fully booked, but we were the only ones there for quite a while. Even the lockers were empty. I find it kind of pointless trying to get people to book a room just to use the spa. In the end, it was only through connections that we got in...

A truly fantastic wellness hotel, not without reason awarded 5*. The ground-floor rooms also had a Jacuzzi on the spacious terrace. The food was excellent, as were the evening cocktails at the bar. All in all, we had a great time and will definitely return to this wonderful hotel. Special praise goes to Mr. Carlo and the entire service team. Also worth mentioning is the rooftop pool on the 4th floor with its magnificent view of the mountains.

We love the Winkler!
We've been there three times now and have never been disappointed. From the warm welcome to the first drink with Sam at the bar, you immediately feel at home. The Cozy Suites are in a great location. The beautiful spa area is a quick walk away, and the restaurant is just as quick. A Pros Pros Restaurant: Delicious breakfast, super cool snacks, and dinner leaves nothing to be desired.
Highly recommended and currently my absolute favorite hotel!

The welcome, the service, the food... everything was top-notch!
The service in the restaurant perfectly rounded off every evening. The lovely "Irmi" accompanied us throughout the evenings and always made us laugh with her lighthearted remarks. Such a gem of service is a winning lottery ticket for any hotel!!!

Excellent and friendly service – both in the restaurant and the spa area. The staff are very attentive and happy to accommodate special requests (food intolerances). The drinks at the bar are world-class, and the kitchen conjures up incredibly delicious dishes at any time of day. We traveled as a family and had a lovely, quiet table in the adults-only section of the restaurant with a view. Those seeking peace and relaxation can pamper themselves in the spa area. The sauna infusions are wonderful, and adults can enjoy the beautiful view from the pool upstairs. We enjoyed playing table tennis and billiards and also worked out daily in the gym. The view from the gym wasn't great, and we did miss having some of the equipment.
Our room was large and comfortably furnished. The room cleaning could have been more thorough.
We had a very relaxing vacation and thank you very much for the wonderful time.

This is the second time we've spent a weekend with friends at the Hotel Winkler and we were very satisfied.
The renovation was really well done; the new entrance and bar area are really nice and cozy! I particularly liked the various seating areas and the board game area.
The new sky pool is also super nice! What's missing is a coat rack for bathrobes and towels at the pool entrance. Otherwise, it's great!
The focus in the wellness area is clearly on the pools; they're absolutely amazing! And super warm, too. There are actually almost too few saunas – given the size of the hotel. Since we mainly used the wellness area during the day anyway, while many other guests were still out on the mountain, it was fine for us because it wasn't very busy. However, I could imagine it getting crowded in the evenings or during busy events. An additional sauna on the rooftop or in the garden certainly wouldn't hurt. The event infusion is really great for that!
The food is very good and sophisticated. The wine list is very extensive. The buffets (breakfast and afternoon) in particular are sufficiently extensive and of excellent quality. The fruit was truly delicious! What could be improved to achieve a 5-star rating would be more live cooking, meaning no ready-made waffles and pancakes for self-service, but freshly cooked ones. The drinks at the bar are also very good and served creatively.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
We had one of the older rooms in the main building. Yes, we booked it and knew it was an older room. So, no star deduction in the overall rating for that. Nevertheless, it must be said that these rooms are simply not suitable for a 5-star hotel. Too cramped, old furniture, very old fixtures in the bathroom, the TV hidden in the closet and therefore a bit low...
All in all, a very nice hotel in South Tyrol that we can definitely recommend.

The price/value is excellent. It's an upper prize hotel, yes. But breakfast, Jause (afternoon buffet, 13.00-17.00) and dinner are amazing and delicious. You get high quality food and for sure enough;-) Service personnel are very friendly and attentive: we never waited more than one minute to be served. Price of drinks is very fair, we actually expected higher prices and are happy with the reasonable costs.
We were already in Suite Cozy (West) and Suite View (West), both on the sunny side and beautiful rooms. We also had an upgrade once to the Pool Suite, but here the prize/value was "lower" in my opinion even though the room itself was very nice.
The wellness area and pools have plenty of space and one of the best we have been up to now.

We had an incredible stay. Our room was very modern, cozy, and spotless. The hotel is very well maintained with beautiful decor. We loved the food and activities everyday. We stayed 4 days but wish we would have stayed more than a week. There is so much to do! The hotel is situated in between several great hike locations.
The best thing about the hotel was how kind, helpful, and accommodating the staff was. Thank you so much Maria, George, Sam, and Damiano for making our stay special! The service truly made the price worth it. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a phenomenal Dolomites view with top notch service. We will be back again!

We only deducted one star because of the service around the meals. In the evenings, we were incredibly lucky to have Brigitte as our waitress. A real gem! In the mornings and at lunchtime, some of the staff seemed unmotivated and made sure the guests knew it.
Overall, a wonderful hotel. Kids love it!

We spent three nights in a Love Suite at the beginning of September. It's located on the ground floor and has its own terrace and small private lawn. The outdoor area of the room is very well equipped, with a private whirlpool, two very wide sun loungers with parasols, and a small table and two chairs in the covered area of the terrace, as well as a free-hanging daybed. The outdoor area faces west, making it ideal for sunbathing from midday onwards. The room itself was also very nice, modern, and furnished to a high standard. In addition to the very comfortable bed (with multi-colored LED underfloor lighting), there was also a sofa with a reclining option. A coffee machine, minibar, and TV provided everything you could need. The highlight was the very nice bathroom with two sinks, plenty of space, and a very spacious rain shower. All in all, a truly lovely room in which we felt completely at home and spent more time than we usually do during our hotel stays. A very pleasant bonus of the Love Suite was the private underground parking space.
The hotel's service was excellent overall. We received a very friendly welcome upon check-in, first with a welcome drink and South Tyrolean snacks, followed by a short tour of the hotel and a showing of our room. The restaurant staff were also always very friendly and professional. Dinner is offered as a set menu with individual courses as a buffet selection. The dishes on the set menu are of very high quality, delicious, and beautifully presented. You can choose from the current daily menu and also have an alternative menu from which you can substitute individual courses if they don't suit you. There are also vegetarian options; we had absolutely delicious menus every evening, suitable for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The Saturday dessert buffet was absolutely outstanding; if you have the opportunity to include a Saturday when planning your stay, it is highly recommended.
Breakfast is offered as a buffet, and egg dishes are freshly prepared upon request. Here, too, we lacked nothing and always had a good and delicious start to the day.
The hotel itself is quite large, spread over six floors, although the size of the hotel is not noticeable due to its hillside location. For example, our suite felt like it was on the ground floor, but was actually on the second basement level. This also houses the hotel's "play area," with a table tennis table, pool tables, a climbing wall, a very well-equipped fitness room, and even a gymnasium with soccer goals and basketball hoops, where a volleyball or badminton net can be installed upon request. The hotel truly deserves the word "Sport" in its name. There is also a cinema room with a changing selection of films. We have rarely experienced a hotel with such a wide range of leisure activities.
The hotel also deserves the name "Spa." The wellness area is beautifully designed, with a large sauna and a slightly smaller, not quite as hot sauna. Both offer excellent infusions daily. A very nice outdoor cold-water pool, a steam bath, and an indoor nude pool round out the offerings.
The highlight is undoubtedly the two very large pools. The first is located on the ground floor with plenty of sun loungers around it, aimed at families. The second is designed as an infinity pool and is located on the roof of the hotel in the adults-only area, offering fantastic views in all directions.
All in all, in our opinion, this is an unreservedly recommendable hotel for a wellness and activity holiday.

The five of us were privileged to spend five days at the Winkler Hotel. The hotel is nestled between houses in a small village. Downhill, you have a clear view of cornfields and the surrounding mountains.
Arrival
My partner and I were the first to arrive. We received a very friendly welcome and were treated to a welcome drink on the terrace, which overlooks the spacious pool. Our luggage was brought to our room, and our car was parked in the underground garage. These are services we value and expect from a five-star hotel. Unfortunately, our colleagues didn't receive a welcome drink.
Spa & Pool
The absolute highlight is on the roof – the adults-only Skypool. The approximately 20-meter-long pool and sun loungers invite you to linger on the roof. From there, you can see the fields. The meadow right next to the hotel is somewhat less obvious. Since it is obviously used by multiple vehicles, a dirt track has formed there. Some dead bushes also need to be removed, as they don't look very nice when dried out. But that's more of a detail that didn't really affect our experience. I booked a 50-minute facial, which was very good. We also visited several sauna infusions. All in all, a nice spa and great pools. Improvement: we were only able to order a drink twice at the Skypool. Regular service or even QR codes where you could order something would make it perfect.
Sports
Since this is a sports hotel, the view from the fitness center in the basement isn't very inviting. Basically, it has everything you need. Unfortunately, the barbell rack was missing, and for a sports hotel, the gym, with its view of the underground parking garage entrance and concrete walls, has room for improvement (e.g., ceiling spotlights are too bright when you're working out on the bench and have to look into it). The basement also has a small climbing wall and some games and a cinema for children.
We went to the Pustertal golf course twice. We'd like to highlight the shuttle service to and from the golf course. We were always friendly and prompt when we got there and back.
Food/Service
The highlight here was the snack, which always featured a generous selection of meats and a pasta of the day. The chef at the pasta station wasn't exactly friendly, except to regular or Italian-speaking guests.
The breakfast buffet was rather average and, in my opinion, not 5-star.
After the Winkler, we went to another 5-star hotel, where you could order egg dishes and other specials (quark pancakes, chocolate waffles, etc.). Our coffee orders were always taken hesitantly.
Dinner was a five-course menu. The food was good but not outstanding. A colleague in our group was vegan. Unfortunately, the kitchen team here wasn't particularly creative, and so she often only received vegetables, always served slightly differently. On the first evening, the vegan menu was forgotten.
The summer chef was very professional and gave us good advice.
Service was good, but even for me, it's more of a four-star rating (professionalism could have been better, for example, mistakes were always blamed on the kitchen).
Departure
Checking out was more like paying the bill. We weren't asked if we enjoyed our stay or anything else. The lady at the reception wasn't exactly friendly either.
Summary: Beautiful hotel with great pool facilities, a spa, and modern rooms. It doesn't quite deserve a five-star rating, partly because of the food, which is crucial on vacation.

Tomorrow we leave for Switzerland. My philosophy is to always visit a new place and don’t go to a place twice but this 5-star Hotel really impressed at every level and we will return.
Hotel Winkler in Südtirol. The Dinner which is included, matches the 1 Michelin star restaurants we go to from time to time. Every detail of your journey is delivered with the highest level of excellence. They have excellent spa facilities, a wide range of experiences and activities organized where you wonder why did we not stay 2 weeks. Beautiful views into the Dolomites. For car fanatics you can rent any sport car you desire or participate in the annual luxury car driving event here in September
Kudos to the management team in place no 5 star Hotel ever left this great of a impression
….and give the chef his well deserved Michelin Star ….the food experience made the high price worth every penny ….
My only recommendation to management: 90% of people in the income group that comes to your Hotel are Non Smokers - make the place smoke free and ban the remaining people to a corner in 30 m distance to all facilities! Every 5 star Hotel outside of Europe does this since 10+ years - only Europe is lagging and we always wonder why ?

I was also a member of the group mentioned below and had booked a room in the old building. Since we didn't like it either, we upgraded to a suite in the new building with our own whirlpool. And it was absolutely the right decision. It turned it into a luxury vacation, plus the excellent cuisine, the fantastic location, the perfect wellness area, and the very friendly staff!
I can only recommend everyone to book a new room; the extra cost is worth it. We'll be back, and I'll stay in the same suite.

The food was only the finest and there was enough choice for everyone, and the bar staff made sure to find the right wine or drink. Even upon arrival, this hotel impressed us with its 5-star rating. Our car was parked, and our luggage was brought to our room, while we enjoyed a glass of wine/Prosecco. Later, we were shown around the hotel.
No matter which area of the hotel we were in, the staff was always friendly and cheerful.
The food is delicious, and there's something for everyone.
The bar has something for everyone, be it whiskey, rum, cocktails, or wine.
The wellness area is large and offers many options for relaxation. The only downside: the nude zone...
Our room (Suite Love) was large and modern. Equipped with a whirlpool. Cleanliness was also guaranteed.
Various additional packages can be booked, which we did, and we loved it.
The location is beautiful, and not far away you can take a breathtaking tour of the Dolomites.
Our wishes were met.

This was by far my best hotel experience to date.
My room was nothing special, as I booked the cheapest one, but it was very clean and comfortable. What made my experience outstanding was the level of service provided, the facilities the hotel has, and the amazing food.
This hotel is in a quiet location perfect to unwind and relax. They have a great spa area with saunas, steam baths, cold pools, warm pools, resting areas. It is simply amazing.
They have daily activities of all kinds, from sport, to hikes, etc. In addition that have a nice fitness studio and fitness rooms, an entertainment area, and even a climbing/bouldering area.
The food is great. The breakfast buffet was really good, the afternoon buffet was well and dinner was very well organized, with different options to choose from and all quite tasty. The service is very friendly and professional. Even though the hotel was almost fully booked, I never had the feeling of being overcrowded or neglected. They have an excellent system with reserved table, so one never needs to worry about it.
I loved my stay and I hope to be back in the future! It was expensive but definitely worth the experience.

We had a wonderful time, starting with the room, the wonderful outdoor pool, and the spa, which was also beautiful, with plenty of variety, daily aufguss, and free sports activities! We were very happy to participate in the yoga class.
The food was wonderful, with a varied buffet and excellent quality products.
We were very happy to join the excursions with guide Michl; he's very friendly and excellent at his job, and he manages to customize itineraries based on experience and fitness levels. He was truly appreciated.
The only flaw: all drinks were paid for; for the price paid, I think water with meals could have been included (€3 per bottle of tap water).
Otherwise, we had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

The Winkler was part of our tour.
Therefore, we were able to directly compare it with other 5-star hotels in Austria and South Tyrol. The hotel is very modern and very simple, which we like.
The bar area is perhaps a bit too impersonal.
The children's program (Kids Club) is more geared towards younger children.
The spa area is very nice.
The pools are top-notch.
The treatments ranged from good to not so good. The error that occurred was handled accommodatingly.

We returned this morning after staying in the apartment provided by the hotel. It is furnished with top-quality materials and appliances. The cleanliness is always impeccable and meticulous, with particular attention to ensuring that guests never lack for anything. Breakfast, afternoon snacks, and dinner are always well-stocked, with a buffet of every specialty, followed by an à la carte menu. Thanks to Sam and his colleagues at the bar, who make special cocktails with visual effects. The reception and dining room staff are always available and ready to accommodate any request. A special compliment to Giada (spa) for her skill and professionalism in identifying specific treatments and massages based on the client's physical needs. Even though our vacation lasted a week, we already miss that place, and especially Miriam and Crishtop. Year after year, a deep friendship has been established. They have always stood out for their kindness and generosity towards us.

Great hotel in a beautiful location. Perfect service. The lovely town of Bruneck is within walking distance. Countless hikes can be enjoyed directly from the hotel. The wellness area is wonderful, and a lovely infusion is prepared every afternoon.
The hotel is also dog-friendly. The food is exceptionally good and varied. Special requests are gladly accommodated. Mountain bikers and e-bike riders will also love the area. The dining areas are well-organized, and you can enjoy the view of the mountains.

A truly fantastic hotel with a dedicated and hard-working team.
The hotel, and especially the new building with its spacious spa area, is outstanding! We made the mistake of originally booking a room in the older building. Fortunately, and thanks to some efforts by the staff, we were able to spend most of our stay in the new rooms. This is where we lose points – in our opinion, the older rooms don't necessarily meet the standard that the rest of the hotel suggests. Hence the recommendation to book the rooms in the new building – they are truly first-class!
The food was excellent, and the guided hikes were also fantastic!
Even with our dog, we always felt welcome and were able to take our dog with us on guided hikes.
Overall, a great hotel in a beautiful location.

We spent three nights in Stefansdorf in a "garden room with whirlpool." The room was very clean and nicely furnished...we only missed a magnifying mirror and a shoehorn. We would like to highlight the delicious food (whether it was the delicious breakfast treats or the exceptional dinner menu). Markus and Carlo from the Crystal Restaurant also made a very positive impression. Carlo already knew which coffee we liked after the first morning—chapeaux!
The infusions were great. The sauna wasn't overcrowded. We didn't use the pools—they certainly looked beautiful!
Unfortunately, it wasn't possible to rent e-bikes or bicycles. A reference to an on-site rental service would have been nice. Maybe next time :)

We stayed at the Hotel Winkler for the first time at the end of February. The hotel had been recommended to us beforehand, and ultimately, our expectations were completely met.
- Booked period: Friday - Sunday during the Carnival holidays (February 23)
- Room: Suite Natura for 2 people: Conclusion: with private sauna, mountain view, everything very clean -> fantastic
- Sauna area: varied saunas with infusions, as well as relaxation rooms -> very nice for relaxing; the large rooftop pool with its indescribable mountain view is particularly noteworthy.
- Location: perfect location, with panoramic mountain views, and a free shuttle to the ski area
- Food: from the extensive and varied breakfast to the delicious afternoon meal (salad buffet, as well as various pasta dishes :)), to the perfect dinner, simply delicious and truly plentiful
- Service: very good service, the entire staff was very friendly and helpful (especially "Irmi" ;))
Conclusion: perfect for sports enthusiasts (even with children). We felt very comfortable. In my opinion, it's an upscale hotel, but the price/performance ratio is definitely good. Therefore, we can only recommend the hotel :)

Well, what can I say... it has everything (even a cinema and a climbing wall) and offers top-notch services. The spa is very nice, with indoor pools that lead outside, and the sauna is spacious and clean, with great aufgauss shows (they let us use the spa until 2 PM on the day of checkout, which isn't for everyone). The view from the relaxation area is beautiful.
Welcome drink, large buffet at 3 PM with sweet and savory options, and the kitchen is open for lunch. The food is good. Friendly staff. The price is crazy (we paid more than €550 for one night for two), but it was still full, despite the economic crisis. Lots of international guests, especially Germans.

The Hotel Winkler is a beautiful establishment. We spent the last two weeks there. We love the hotel. The interior is beautiful and tasteful, the rooms are unique, super clean, and the beds are very comfortable. The staff, whether in room service, reception, or the restaurant, are exceptionally friendly, kind, competent, and helpful. The spa area is beautiful, spacious, and superbly maintained. The food is very varied and fabulous. What can we say? We love the Hotel Winkler and can hardly wait for our next stay. For us dog owners, there's a special room where we can bring our dogs to both breakfast and dinner. Even furry guests are very well looked after. We'll be back very soon and would like to take this opportunity to thank you again for the unique hospitality... and especially the location... surroundings... worth a visit at any time of year...

We stayed at this beautiful hotel with our dog over Easter.
Upon arrival, we were welcomed with snacks and an aperitif on the sunny terrace. The holiday could begin right away!
The food left absolutely nothing to be desired; even our dog was provided with a blanket, water, and snacks in the restaurant. Great service!
The location at Kronplatz is a fantastic starting point for skiing or hiking.
The hotel is spacious and modernly furnished. The rooms, the swimming pool, and the spa area are cozy and inviting. The only drawback is the privacy of the outdoor relaxation area in the sauna, which is unfortunately visible from the upper rooms and the outdoor pool.

The lovingly designed, modern rooms offer outstanding room service, excellent service in the restaurant, and outstanding, modern, and varied cuisine. Every fish lover will get their money's worth here. This hotel is highly recommended and a must for anyone seeking relaxation at the highest level. A very beautiful hotel complex, architecturally impressive, with wonderful rooms. The food was also very good. The extensive sports facilities, including a climbing wall and sports hall, are particularly noteworthy! Where else can you find something like that? Unfortunately, this is also where my only criticism lies. They were unable to inflate the basketballs for the entire week of my stay, despite my request three times. However, this doesn't warrant deducting a star from the otherwise excellent rating. The only drawback is the hotel's north-facing location, which means it receives no sunlight during the autumn and winter months.

A mountain hotel, well-maintained and clean rooms, a superb lounge both aesthetically and functionally, extremely kind and helpful staff, an excellent restaurant with an alternative "healthy" menu that's not lacking in flavor, and a superb afternoon snack.
The spa is good, with several pools, the rooftop one offering a beautiful view and a refreshing modern feel. There's an honesty bar! Ample parking. Minor flaws (in my opinion): microfiltered water (instead of sealed bottles, about 70 cc, sold at a high price) is definitely a slight lapse in style, as are the questionable gray placemats on the table, which deserve a refresh or else end up in the trash. Overall, it's absolutely worth it.

Top recommendation! Why?
The staff is extremely accommodating (please forward this to the team). The wellness area is not only huge but also stylishly furnished. While the rooms in the older section aren't 5-star, the price isn't 5-star either :-) I think it's great that you can still stay in a 5-star hotel for a smaller budget, BECAUSE the food is simply sensational, and so is the wellness area. And again, regarding the older rooms: the mattresses are top-notch!

The only downside: that you "have to" leave this paradise at some point.
This was my second time at this hotel. If you want to treat yourself to a break and pamper yourself, then this is definitely the right place for you.

A special thanks to Maria, the sweet, friendly, and superb waitress in the "Fresco" dining room, who pampered us and made us feel right at home.
Two tips to give this Super Hotel top marks:
- Replace the hairdryer: too heavy and uncomfortable to use.
- Lock Cristian, the show cooking assistant, in the kitchen: unpleasant, rude, arrogant... a real idiot!
~ He served my friend the cold crepes: she pointed it out to him... he said they were fine like that.
~ I asked him not to add the butter and cheese to the herb risotto he was serving me because I'm dairy intolerant. He turned to the customer waiting next to me and said,

A dream hotel with exceptional value for money.
We stayed at the Winkler for 5 nights with our 8-month-old daughter. From the very first moment (unloading our luggage from the car, choosing a welcome drink), we experienced a 5-star hotel experience.
We liked:
- Courteous, engaging, funny, child-friendly, and very professional staff (including hiking tips if you were seated in Irmi's area :))
- Excellent food (breakfast, generous snacks, and an exceptional dinner with plenty of variety, a good bar, and a wide wine list with something for everyone)
- Very modern rooms (we stayed in the new building, which is highly recommended)
- Facial treatment in the spa
- Modern fitness room with various machines, including a barbell and free weights
- Various board games in the bar for adults

South Tyrol. Hotel Winkler. A family business. Five stars.
That sounds good enough. That's what our neighbor said after our vacation. And it was. No, more than that. The staff and the hosts: no stiff attention, but relaxed, friendly, and accommodating, without ingratiation. The hotel itself, with its attractive architecture, comfortable accommodations (also for children), nestled in a landscape with a magnificent mountain panorama. The leisure activities are almost as diverse as the food and drink: a different program every day, indoors and outdoors, for good and bad weather. Not to mention the evening bar service: discreet live music with singing. Anyone who still has something to complain about is a self-important person. Respect to whoever runs such a hotel.

The cost is worth considering, given that you end up paying for 2 days. In practice, you only use one room. The room was handed over at 2 pm and is available for 11 am on the second day. I've found other spa options in Alto Adige that are better.

The relaxation and spa area is fantastic, with the quiet areas, saunas, and pools providing a wonderful place to unwind. The massages are also excellent! One small tip for maximum relaxation: the adults-only areas could be a bit larger, especially in the restaurant. So, it's best to book outside of holiday periods...

Beautiful, refined hotel with all the comforts. The furnishings are designer, with attention to detail. The staff is very friendly and always eager to please. Our room (a suite) was very large with a stunning, enormous terrace. The restaurant is top-notch, the food is excellent, and the wine list is decent. The shuttle service to the ski slopes (3 minutes) is very efficient. The spa is also very nice. Practically perfect, except for the children's service: THIS IS NOT A FAMILY HOTEL. There are children's areas, but there is no entertainment like in a real family hotel. What a shame...

The wellness area is spacious and beautifully designed. We stayed in two modern suites for four days. The rooms were always very clean.
The highlight, I would definitely mention, was the incredibly delicious food. Every meal, especially the excellent service from the waiters, made it a special experience.

5 stars with minor reservations. The reception was friendly and professional. Generally, all the staff were very friendly. Our Cozy Suite was brand new and very nice. Unfortunately, the loud ventilation in the toilet ran for a long time, and you could often hear the sound of water rushing through the walls.
The wellness area is superb, and the infinity rooftop pool is amazing, especially since this area is adults-only. This brings us to a small point of criticism. In our panoramic dining room, there were children sitting to our left and right at the table, even though we were told when booking that we would have a table in a separate adults-only area. The food is excellent and lives up to 5-star standards. Breakfast has a huge selection and fresh fruit. In the afternoon, there is always a very good dish and a large selection. Only antipasti and smoked fish could have been better represented. The evening food was very good, although more fish would have been nice.
Regarding the location: the shuttle service to the lift deserves 6 stars, and the Kronplatz ski area is also top-notch. The excursion program is varied, and our tour guide Alex gave us a fantastic day with his selection of tours for our snow hike. We'd love to come back, although certainly not during the holiday season.

This hotel is an absolute treasure trove of positive impressions:
Beautiful ambiance wherever you are: restaurant, bar, spa (!!!), and the surrounding area.
However, the staff top everything. Really everything. No matter where you are, you'll find polite, friendly (and genuine) service and treatment. Which is definitely not to be taken for granted. The heart of the hotel, the spa, has absolutely professional staff who know their craft and are skilled at it.
At the bar, your every need will literally be read from your lips if you're ever struggling with the fantastically large selection on the cocktail menu :-)
The food is another highlight. As an absolute breakfast fan, you really get more than you could wish for, and the menus with their extensive, unusual selection are fantastic.
I also think it's great that the hotel appeals to both families with and without children. Families with children will absolutely love it and have so much to do, while people like me seeking relaxation and peace will also find their money's worth, as there are more than enough places to retreat to in the sauna area, adults-only panoramic pool (fantastic sunset!), fitness room, and much more.
Special praise again to the spa team, bar team, and Markus from the restaurant!

The Winkler Hotels have always been an insider tip in South Tyrol, and I was able to try out the 'new' hotel at Kronplatz for the first time.
The infinity pool on the roof and the new pool suites with their own, super-warm pool (photo) were fantastic.
I'm absolutely thrilled with the hotel and the fantastic staff. Whether it was in advance when booking, upon arrival at the reception, or during our stay in the restaurant or spa. A fantastic team and a fantastic atmosphere.
We had 5 wonderful days with spa, skiing, and sports and will definitely be back.

We stayed at the Hotel Winkler in June of this year. It was our belated honeymoon.
We deliberately chose this hotel because we wanted something special, and the offer and the website really appealed to us.
We had five wonderful days with fantastic weather. We had a lovely room with a Jacuzzi, which was beautifully decorated for our arrival with candles, a virtual fireplace on the TV screen, a bottle of Prosecco, and delicious chocolates.
However, there were a few things we didn't like.
1. The reception was rather cold.
2. The candles in the room were removed on the second day.
3. The view from our room was of a field.
4. Construction work was being carried out in the lobby, even though the hotel had been closed for quite some time beforehand.
5. There was no vanity mirror.
6. The daily flyer listed the wrong time for a sports activity. 7. The service staff lacked attention to the guests. "Our" waiter introduced himself very nicely on the
first evening. We thought: this is very personal and found it
very good. Unfortunately, this impression faded after the first evening.
8. From the terrace, where you can, for example, have an afternoon snack, you look out onto part of the sauna area, which is very inconvenient.
9. In the rooms with Jacuzzis, the Jacuzzis are not visually separated in the outdoor area.
Perhaps these are some points that some might consider petty.
Keep in mind, we are talking about a 5-star hotel here. We have stayed in many 4-star superior hotels that were better.
In a 5-star hotel, you expect 5 stars.
Nevertheless, we had a lovely and relaxing stay. We are considering giving the hotel a second chance if we find an offer that appeals to us.

We spent five days in the beautiful Puster Valley in June, the entire time at the Winkler Hotel.
Overall, we had a good time with an attractive room (Love Suite), dinners that were almost Michelin-star quality, and a lovely pool area.
What we didn't like:
- The very cold and impersonal reception
- Visual defects on the facade (renovation not yet complete)
- The view from our ground-floor suite with a Jacuzzi over a field with some construction debris (this could easily have been concealed with plants or rolled turf!)
- The construction noise from the hotel's own building project and the presence of several tradespeople in the building while it was open for business.
In conclusion, we would book the Winkler again if the price is right to get a second impression.

We stayed at this wonderful hotel for a long weekend with our children. The property is beautiful, meticulously maintained, and offers a stunning view. Children are welcome, but great care is taken to ensure quiet spaces for those without children (e.g., a rooftop pool and sauna and relaxation areas for guests over 14). We had chosen a family suite and were given an upgrade to one of the new luxury suites, which is truly splendid: spacious, quiet, and clean. I enjoyed three treatments/massages: Christine is truly excellent, as well as kind and attentive. Irmi took care of us at the table with constant care and attention. Thank you so much. The menu and buffet are rich and varied (last night, they even had cotton candy and freshly made popcorn). The quality of some dishes could be improved, but overall, there are no complaints. We spent 10 fabulous days in this extraordinary hotel! Any description I could offer in this review would be reductive compared to the reality! Everything was fantastic! The spa with Martin, SUPER!!!!!, the infinity pool, the activities offered, the food, the hospitality, the class and refined style in every detail. But this time I don't want to talk about the things but about the people you'll find and who you'll fondly remember because they are the true added value of the Winkler. I wish I could mention them all, but I thank them all from the bottom of my heart because they made our stay an unforgettable one. The cost of the week is more than compensated by what the hotel offers:
- the hospitality, helpfulness, and friendliness of the staff are always top-notch
- clean, welcoming room, with everything you need and even the superfluous
- exceptional food: high-quality cuisine presented and served with professionalism and friendliness
- excellent spa, with various saunas and relaxation areas, and the pleasure of several daily "steam baths"; all to be enjoyed.
The most pleasant surprise was the "Adam & Eve Pool": being able to enjoy nudity not only in the saunas, but also in a pool with a whirlpool is wonderful. While we had found everything else in other South Tyrolean hotels, a pool like this can only be enjoyed here... if the outdoor pool on the 4th floor were also made nudist, it would have reached the top.
Drinks may be a little expensive: however, prices are in line with the hotel's standard.
Perhaps a free water offer at the table would be a nice way to further enhance our appreciation.

I stayed one night in the West View Suite, a gorgeous room. It goes without saying that it was perfectly soundproofed, with a very comfortable bed and pillows. Upon our arrival, we were offered a welcome drink and sweets in the room. Also worth mentioning is the luggage transport to the room and car parking (included with the suite).
The spa area is spectacular, very large and new. We also enjoyed a couples massage; the masseurs are certainly expert.
Regarding dinner, we enjoyed the sushi buffet, which could be improved, but the table service was the best I've ever had. The high-quality ingredients were highlighted by the flawless execution of the preparation, which maintained the traditional character of the dishes while clearly adding innovative elements. My compliments to the chef and staff.
Finally, the breakfast is definitely five-star quality. I specifically wanted to try the crepes and pancakes (criticized in some reviews), and I honestly don't recommend them; they're hard and not freshly prepared. However, everything else is excellent: the eggs are freshly prepared, there are fresh desserts, local cured meats, and much more.
This hotel will undoubtedly become my go-to destination for a few days' vacation in South Tyrol.

This hotel is a dream from the very first second we arrived. It was easy to find, located near Bruneck in Stefansdorf. Despite arriving much too early, we were immediately given a very warm welcome with a complimentary aperitif and a selection of appetizers. Meanwhile, a staff member parked our car in the underground garage and took our luggage to our room, which had already been prepared for us. We received a very friendly welcome from the staff and the hotel manager himself, and we immediately felt at home. The room is fantastic; all the materials are high-quality, practical, and modern. The mountain view is, as I can attest as a South Tyrolean, absolutely beautiful. The open-plan bathroom is gorgeous! The spa area is huge, the pools are pleasantly warm, and the saunas are perfect. Dinner is so delicious (the chairs in the dining room are amazing; I wish I had them at home!). The meat was incredibly good, and the sushi from the buffet was a highlight. After dinner, you can, for example, play billiards in the games room. The breakfast buffet is very extensive; there really is something for everyone. The afternoon snack satisfies even the last bit of hunger. I can highly recommend this hotel; everything is simply top-notch!

Truly beautiful!
You arrive well at the Hotel Winkler in Stefansdorf near Bruneck. Over a welcome cocktail and a small South Tyrolean snack, the extremely friendly reception staff explain the hotel and its offerings.
The rooms. We had one in the new building. Modern, stylish, spacious, comfortable, and practical. With a stunning glass front and a large terrace. Excellent room service, including turndown service and a hot-water bottle, which you can request upon request, as well as a Swiss pine pillow.
The food. What can I say? A huge breakfast buffet that truly leaves nothing to be desired. An afternoon snack that's far more than just a "snack." Dinner: first the buffet, followed by a three- or four-course menu. Imaginative and delicious. Veal, game, fish, and, of course, vegetarian options. Oysters and scallops are also available on Fridays. A dessert buffet on Saturdays... The service here was also excellent. Perhaps a little too hasty with the wine pouring. Speaking of wine. A beautiful wine list (and a fantastic wine cabinet). Especially the good South Tyrolean winemakers; just as befits the place!
The offerings: Swimming pool, infinity pool, spa, and sauna. Excellent. The infusions with Stephanie in the "event sauna" with panoramic views were an experience. We barely made use of the rest of the program because we were so captivated by the nature, which is perfect for exploring from the Winkler, but there's still so much to offer: yoga, mindful forest walks, proper mountain hikes...
Any complaints? Hardly. Perhaps the excessively high beer prices (> €6 for a wheat beer), but that's about it.

I only need one word for this! "Fantastic," and a big compliment to Andreas, our driver, for taking us to the slopes every time. To the rude Italian father with his kids, please show a little more respect for people who go out of their way to make your holiday as pleasant as possible.

Their biggest asset is the sauna!

The slopes are in beautiful condition and resemble a wide highway.
The hotel organizes many daily activities, including wine tasting, show cooking, a gin and tonic night, and live music twice a week with opportunities for dancing. Not really our thing, but some people enjoyed them. A baking course on typical Austrian dishes, a sauna infusion session, and other activities are also available. A new activity is riding on Halflingerland horses, also for children. You'll never be bored here.
There are also several museums worth visiting.
Everyone should see the Fire and Ice ski show—it's fantastic. Highly recommended!

The staff were extremely kind and welcoming. It's perfect for families, but not recommended for couples or singles. There are too many children with screaming ducks and diving into the pool. Be careful, some rooms don't have air conditioning! The first-floor rooms aren't soundproofed, and even the sound of footsteps on the floor in the restaurant area can be heard in the room. The quality of the food and ingredients is excellent, with good-quality fruit, meat, and fish. It's certainly not a relaxing resort, but it's a good, lively hotel for families. Dogs are allowed in the rooms, and there are screaming children and crying babies.

Pure excellence. A brand new hotel with all the amenities you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. Even those with mobility issues can get around easily. The spa is large, clean, and well-managed by the staff. The restaurant is top-notch, with extremely kind and attentive staff. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with a delicious aperitif.
We had booked a lovely View Suite. Unfortunately, our view wasn't of the beautiful valley, but of the garage entrance with a very small balcony. This, of course, wasn't what we expected. When we mentioned this to reception, we were easily offered a View Suite with a valley view and a large balcony starting on our second night.
The food was sensational. The breakfast was fantastic, the afternoon buffet was outstanding, and dinner was simply a feast for the palate. It left nothing to be desired. The service was also excellent. Very friendly staff.
The spa is beautifully designed and modern. The pool area is also simply fantastic. Unfortunately, there were too many children for our liking. Screaming children, splashing around, ball games in the water, etc., weren't very pleasant for those seeking peace and quiet like us. It would have been nice if there were also an adults-only pool area.
The Winkler Hotel's logo on the website is Sport & Spa Resort, and it's still displayed at the hotel entrance. However, the hotel's printed materials say Sport/Spa/Family: something seems to have changed.
To be honest, we'd love to come back to the Winkler, but there are just too many children for us. So we'll probably avoid it in the future. It's a shame.

The rooms in the new building are beautiful, the terrace with a whirlpool is an enchanting place to relax in complete tranquility.
Special mention goes to the spa, the augurfuss is an experience worth doing every day, but the treatments could be improved; they're not very satisfying.
The food is truly excellent, everything very well made, varied, and plentiful.
Good location, about 1 km to the cable car.
The only flaw is the price of water at the table, given the not exactly negligible amount you pay for a 6-day stay. Charging 5€ for a 75ml bottle is way too much, and charging 3€ for spring water even more. I think it would be much more appreciated if spring water were made available to everyone and if bottled water were a bit cheaper.

It's very difficult to rate. First of all, the staff, who do a great job. The wellness area is great and the sauna masters Steffi and Martin in particular do an excellent job. The service in the restaurant is attentive and very friendly. Unfortunately, I have to deduct a number of stars for our room. A renovation has done a great job of refurbishing some of the rooms. Unfortunately, ours was only partially improved. Old, worn-out cupboards, a television cabinet that isn't one anymore, and the bathroom... Simply not nice. Clean, yes, I gave it an extra point for that. No shower, only over the bathtub like in the 90s... No-go, dear boss. Very nice guests and a well-mixed clientele... Unfortunately, the bar closed at 12:20 a.m. That's not what you would call a positive thing either. Overall, a bit too expensive for the amenities in the room. The kitchen was overall very good. However, we did notice that some of the items from the afternoon snack were left over the next morning. Unfortunately, they weren't that fresh either.

Fantastic food and a very good wine selection.
The staff is very well-staffed, and the employees are very friendly and polite.
There's a spa area with numerous saunas and fantastic infusions, which is accessible only to adults. There's also a Finnish sauna and a steam sauna with access for the little ones.
The pools are beautiful, and it's fun to splash around in the water and look at the mountains.
In the spa area, you can also book massages, among other things. I did this twice and was very satisfied.
We plan to go back next year.

Very attentive waiter: after a few days, he could usually read our food preferences from our eyes and knew our special preferences for breakfast and dinner.
Hygiene
The hotel is so incredibly clean; even in hidden corners like the entrances to the underground parking garage, where things are often dropped, everything is spotless. It feels like the cleaning crew is out and about in the hotel at all hours of the day and night, especially very discreetly.
Hikes
The two mountain guides, Philip and Michel, are absolutely fantastic! Beautiful hikes every day; we were there for 14 days and didn't return once. Both are so incredibly nice and make sure everyone has a good time on the hike and no one falls too far behind. This year, we hiked exclusively with Michel because the hikes were only moderate to challenging... the recovery factor was 100%.

I must say I went at the right time. The following week it would have been packed. The hotel is large and welcoming... staff everywhere. The spa is strictly for nudists and the wellness center is well-maintained and can accommodate more people. The cuisine is excellent, both buffet and à la carte. It also offers plenty of activities throughout the day, even for the lazy ones. I absolutely recommend it

Very nice hotel, was recently expanded and renovated. This is particularly evident in the spa area. Top pools and sauna area with everything your heart desires. There are rooms in the old and new parts, which flow seamlessly into one another. The standard rooms are good but nothing special, the suites are very nicely furnished, but cost significantly more. The service is not quite at a 5 star level, which is particularly evident in the restaurant; this is partly due to language barriers with the Italian staff. Therefore a star deduction. However, everyone is super friendly and puts in a lot of effort, which makes up for it. The food itself is first class. The location of the hotel is great.

The rooms had been renovated, but unfortunately, we were given a room without air conditioning. Why they didn't install it after the renovation is beyond me. Top-notch facility. The pools and spa area are beautiful. A few small flaws, but they could all be resolved with greater supervision.
The stay was very relaxing for the whole family. The baby club service is fantastic, and the kids want to stay there all day.
The value for money isn't particularly good, but you pay for good things. Except for the water... €5 at dinner is a rip-off, especially since tap water is the purest in Italy.

Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with an aperitif. However, when we got to the room, we were very unpleasantly surprised. We had booked a double Alpine room, which was described online as "renovated." The only thing that had been renovated was the wooden flooring. Everything else was old, and the room and bathroom were tiny and cluttered. You could only walk around the bed and had no other space. Furthermore, the room is on the second floor, directly under the roof, and has NO air conditioning. We registered our dog with us, and a sunny-side room without air conditioning in the summer is not appropriate for a 5-star hotel and is unsuitable for a dog. The old rooms are of a good 3-star standard, but are offered at a 5-star price of €280 per night. When I asked at the reception how a 5-star room could be without air conditioning and whether it was also marked as such online, I was told that it was disclosed. Unfortunately, this is not the case. I checked the description again, and it doesn't mention that the room doesn't have air conditioning, nor are there any pictures of the room online. This lack of transparency lures guests with false information, forcing them to upgrade to a higher category, but at a significantly higher price. When I asked if there was a last-minute rate for the new room, I was told no, even though the hotel also advertises so-called last-minute rates.
We then took the new room, which, of course, meets 5-star standards. The wellness area is also very luxurious. However, it's not common practice in 5-star hotels to charge extra for breakfast items. I've never encountered this in any of my many 5-star hotel stays.
All in all, the new building corresponds to a 5-star hotel, but not the entire hotel. Due to this negative start and the lack of transparency in the room description, we won't book here again. There are other beautiful hotels in South Tyrol.

I was at the Hotel Winkler with my family over the weekend. I would like to say that the rooms were very clean and the staff were friendly. There was a huge selection at the buffet. You can really enjoy your stay at the Hotel Winkler to the fullest. The bar in the spa area is a great idea. You can always get fruit and water to take with you to the wellness area. This hotel is very family-friendly and I can only recommend it. The afternoon snack had a huge selection and the waiter came by in the pool area that afternoon with an ice cream. It was simply a really great weekend at the Hotel Winkler.

Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, families... I invite everyone reading this to take the time to unplug from routine, stress, and rude people... Because once you arrive at your destination, everything else disappears (I'm speaking for myself).
Everything is exceptional, from the welcome at reception upon arrival, to the waiters serving your table, to the staff in the spa.
I've never been in a themed sauna... with music, images, and essential oils... a unique experience... your body feels reborn... a truly fantastic sensation... not to mention the heated outdoor tubs with hydromassage and water jets, available until 8:00 PM.
The menu is meticulously designed, with a buffet for both breakfast and afternoon snacks offering a wide selection of foods, from sweet to savory, from fresh fruit to vegetables... ice cream... everything... I can only offer my compliments to ALL the staff at the Hotel Winkler!

At check-in, I felt there were some weaknesses.
Somehow, it seemed to me as if we were led to our room without enthusiasm.
The room was also almost the same as last time when we booked the cheapest category (the first two nights, then the "suite" as in the photos). We weren't offered a cash upgrade, which we would have accepted immediately, even though there were plenty of rooms available... so you miss out on additional income, and we unfortunately miss out on a beautiful room.
It's a real shame if that's the first impression.
There were also no vouchers for the welcome drink in the welcome booklet.
We had to ask for that.
And what I can't understand after so many stays in 5-star hotels is that the cheap version of a razor costs €2, and toothpaste and a brush also cost extra.
Well, one more small drawback: housekeeping unfortunately didn't refill the makeup remover pad in the suite, and no new towels were replaced on the fourth night.
So, there were a few minor issues that stood out despite the otherwise excellent service. are

The welcome was excellent, the staff very professional. The spa is beautiful, new, with saunas, a Turkish bath, and a wonderful indoor and outdoor pool.
Unfortunately, the adult pools are always used by children who play, and rightly so, given their age, there's a lot of noise and games, etc., with no supervision. Since there's a separate children's pool, that should be used instead. The massage cost €99 for 75 minutes, but it lasted barely 60 minutes. The therapist seemed rather tired.
The breakfast was excellent, but dinner, unfortunately, wasn't up to the same standard. Lots of appetizers, but the first and second courses were always lukewarm.
The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was excellent. A lovely touch was a gift found in the room for Christmas. Thank you.

Overall a nice hotel but too distracting and messed up, it has a wide choice of services that take up the whole day, not very satisfactory staff, magnificent view, we changed two family rooms and both were very uncomfortable and that's the only thing that really disappointed us a lot! The spa is very beautiful, especially the relaxation room with a wonderful view. I only hope that you will be able to find all these rooms because it is a very difficult task, the last flaw is "water" and the rooms and hotel are not heated well at all.

For those who are bothered by the predominantly German-speaking staff, I want to reassure them that they are mostly Italian and, for obvious reasons, bilingual!

The facility is a 4-star superior property, but it's definitely on par with other 5-star hotels.

A splendid hotel nestled between the mountains and meadows of the Brunico province. Wonderful outdoor pools, spa, and relaxation area.
High-quality cuisine, breakfast, a generous afternoon snack, and dinner are served in the restaurant overlooking the valley.
For dinner, you can choose from seven different menus, tailored to your tastes or needs, such as vegans, celiacs, or lactose intolerant guests. I have celiac disease and was able to eat without any problems. Desserts included, made by an excellent pastry chef.
The portions were always generous despite being a 5-star restaurant.
Like others, I should point out the cost of water: €5 a bottle.
It should be noted that the hotel is divided into a new section, with splendid suites, and an older section, with small standard rooms and truly ugly bathrooms. I haven't seen the larger rooms in the older section.
In the evening, there's a play area and a cinema. Children's entertainment is provided at all hours. Highly recommended in both summer and winter (cable car to Plan de Corones just a few steps away).

It's really just a stone's throw from a fifth star. Located in a particularly beautiful area, just outside Brunico, just minutes from the cable car to Plan de Corones. A brand-new hotel (2017) was built from an older hotel, the previous structure of which has been maintained and renovated. The new wing features modern, minimalist furnishings, with rooms/suites featuring panoramic terraces. The rooms are truly charming, equipped with every comfort and very spacious. The spa area is truly excellent. It lacks nothing. Countless saunas and Turkish baths, Adam and Eve areas, heated indoor and outdoor pools, a buffet area with fresh and dried fruit, herbal teas, and drinks, and the staff are incredibly friendly. Everything is truly well done. One small flaw: the water in the largest pool is too cold... The breakfast is rich and varied. It lacks nothing. The afternoon buffet, from 2 to 5 pm, is the same. The restaurant (half board) is very beautiful, with Tyrolean-style areas and modern areas with panoramic glass walls. Courteous and professional staff. Well-executed dishes. Small flaws: the appetizers were unimaginative, almost overcrowding the menu; the buffet always lacked cooked vegetables, and the rest of the food wasn't exactly great... for example, fried foods were only hot for those arriving at 7:00 PM... On a positive note: the sommelier Julian was truly invaluable. He's an expert on local wineries and was able to advise us on the best pairings. Truly skilled and kind. We really enjoyed our stay.

I spent a week at this hotel from August 11th to 18th, 2018. Everything was well organized, especially for children. On the lower floor, you'll find a gym, a cinema room, billiards, ping pong, pinball, table football, and even a climbing wall. Everyone was friendly and helpful, but it's a shame our suite wasn't a suite because it was in the older part. The room was spacious enough, but it had a bathtub without a shower, making it impractical for showering. There are two pools, one outside, connected to the indoor pool at room temperature, and one outside, heated. There's also a spa, but unfortunately, children can only use two saunas. The buffet was very generous, with snacks available from 2 to 5. The waiter, Jon, was especially exceptional, very kind and elegant. At the end of our holiday, we stayed there until 11 in the morning, and when we left, the owner gave us a little treat for the trip. THANK YOU.

Very nice hotel. Very attentive staff/owners. Be aware of holiday periods, etc., as it's more of a children's and family hotel than a wellness hotel. Peace and quiet and relaxation on the one hand, and noise and boisterous behavior or laissez-faire parenting on the other, don't go together.
