Overlooking the rolling hills of Langhe and Roero, the Albergo dell'Agenzia is a project born from an idea of Slow Food, and is designed for those who wish to discover authentic hospitality rooted in the territory.
We are part of the Agenzia di Pollenzo, a former Royal Estate founded by King Charles Albert in the 19th century that was destined to become an important center for experimenting with agricultural techniques. The entire site is the result of the valuable restoration of the Agency's historic neo-Gothic buildings, which, since 1997, has been included in the list of UNESCO World Heritage Royal Residences of Savoy.
Spacious and welcoming, our Deluxe rooms are the ideal choice for anyone wishing to explore the Langhe and Roero area. Each Deluxe room is inspired by Savoy residences, offering a romantic and regal atmosphere thanks to decorative fireplaces, terracotta floors, coffered ceilings, precious antique furnishings and refined Frau armchairs. In some rooms, a wooden staircase connects the sitting room to the lofted sleeping area for a unique and unmissable stay.
The Cannubi Suite is our largest and most prestigious room, dedicated to an important Barolo Cru. Famous artists and influential personalities often choose it for its ample space and the atmosphere of a real royal room. It enjoys a splendid view of the park and consists of a sleeping area, with a spacious walk-in closet, and a very large living area, furnished with elegant furniture, Frau leather armchairs and a romantic decorative fireplace. An array of comforts and small luxuries makes the Cannubi Suite ideal for a romantic weekend getaway or a vacation to discover our territory and Slow Food hospitality.
Dedicated to all families who wish to spend a vacation in the Langhe, our Family rooms are communicating rooms of the Superior category, which allow you to enjoy larger spaces while maintaining some privacy. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 14, and if the environment allows, our staff can add extra beds or a crib for babies under the age of three free of charge. We are happy to suggest fun activities to do with your children in the surrounding area, such as visiting the Magic Museum or WiMu in Barolo.
