Old building with a new design
Agriturismo Corte d'Acqua is located in Abano Terme, at the foot of Mt. Monterosso and close to the Euganean Hills Nature Park. In the 1970s, a traditional rural farm building was remodelled according to the plans of the famous architect Tobia Scarpa and completely renovated in 2017 to offer our guests a unique stay with modern comfort and elegant design.
Park with trees & water with water lilies
Our apartments are the ideal holiday retreat for nature lovers. They are located in a beautiful park: mighty trees line the well-tended green areas, and two water features with fountains and water lilies complete the romantic idyll. You can wake up every morning surrounded by nature and recharge your batteries before setting off on a variety of activities.
Spacious & cosy apartments
We offer our guests three apartments on two floors. Each apartment has a living area on the ground floor and two double bedrooms on the first floor, both with their own bathrooms. Refined design and harmonious nature come together perfectly at Corte d'Acqua. On the ground floor, the apartments boast large glass doors that let in plenty of light and bring you close to nature, offering enchanting views of the park and the water lilies. We do not have a restaurant or breakfast service.
Dreamlike surroundings
Near our flats are the famous thermal baths of Abano Terme and Montegrotto Terme, ideal for relaxation, beauty treatments and mud baths. There are also three beautiful golf clubs nearby for golf lovers. Padova with its many cultural sights is always worth a visit and Venice can be reached by car in around 40 minutes.
APARTMENT NINFEA
Apartment
The apartment Ninfea, located on the north-extremity of the colonnade, formed by a living area at ground floor, composed by a great livingroom with a kitchen that faces on the patio and the garden, thanks to a huge glass wall that can be opened. At the ground floor there is a bathroom, complete of shower accessible also to people with limited physical ability. For them it is possible, upon request, to equip a double bed at ground floor.
At the first floor, you can find two spacious bedrooms:
- Double room (with the possibility to add a 3rd bed for children), with private bathroom provided with bath tub with shower.
- Bedroom with two beds, spacious private bathroom with shower.
The two rooms are connected, but there’s the possibility to make them two totally independent areas thanks to private entrances. The apartment is suitable for two little groups of friends, who would like to have more privacy.

APARTMENT LILIUM

Location is interesting. Secluded enough to enjoy quiet of the countryside - yet close enough to major highways and gorgeous cities.
Furniture is okay. Great kitchen. Good bathrooms. Average beds but okay

The private garage is very useful. A slow AC EV CHARGER is available on site. Loved the overall ambience of the place. It was a nice Italian dream.

Perfect location for quick access to Padua or the beautiful Palladian villas.
The property is very spacious – it was designed by a renowned architect.
There's plenty of lawn and ponds (including a duck!). Outdoors, you can play frisbee, soccer, etc., and there's also a ping-pong table.
The apartment is very well-equipped.
The car charging station is excellent. There are two charging points, and you pay 30 cents per kWh – that's a really fair price.

A pleasant surprise. Modern apartments sharing a garden with beautiful architecture by Tobia Scarpa.
The apartments are surrounded by greenery, meticulously designed and functional. Comfortable spaces, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and a Nespesso coffee maker. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living room overlooking a beautiful outdoor space.
Improvements: The dining table is too high for the chairs, and the sofa is uncomfortable.

Who loves peacefull places on countryside, egnough of everyday city junge, this is right place for you. Apartment is also very good, but i don't mind on it. I could lay down on yard grass and sleep all night long. Happy that we will stay here 3 nights....

A very pleasant, pastoral and inviting accommodation, including 3 similar apartments in a row. 2 extreme apartments with parking adjacent to the middle apartment, parking nearby. The apartment is clean and the kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove and coffee maker. We enjoyed it very much.

Every time I return to Padua, Corte d'Acqua is a reference point for me. When you open the gate, you glimpse an oasis of tranquility. The property is extraordinary, surrounded by greenery. The apartments are elegant and truly have everything you need. Large windows overlook two immense pools of water where nature reigns supreme. Lilium, Iris, and Ninfea are the names of the apartments. All beautiful, they offer privacy and relaxation. Staying here in this peaceful haven, just a few kilometers from the center of Padua, minutes from Abano and Montegrotto, at the foot of the Euganean Hills, is like feeling at HOME. Valentina is an extraordinary host. Extremely kind, discreet, and always available. I recommend everyone to stay at this extraordinary and refined property.
