Golf Club Albarella in Veneto
Albarella is one of the favorite vacation resorts of the northern Italians. Many well-to-do people have vacation homes on the island in the Po Delta. Among the favorite pastimes, besides strolling in the pedestrian zone and various beach activities, is without a doubt golfing.
The Albarella golf course was founded in 1972 and is located directly on the sea in the Veneto region. The 18-hole course (par 72) was artificially created in the lagoon. Heavily criticized by environmentalists at the time, the golf course is one of the flagship courses of the Veneto golf region and the main attraction of Albarella.
In addition to the Albarella Golf Club, a number of stylish golf hotels, vacation apartments, pools, an exclusive sailing harbor, tennis courts and much more have been built here over the years. A golf vacation to Veneto and especially to Albarella is highly recommended.
The golf course itself is quite demanding, largely flat and with many water hazards. The wind from the sea is often treacherous, and even good golfers are often thwarted by it. Detail: you are only allowed with a certified handicap.

Milano Venezia freeway, exit Padova Est, continue on the Adriatica to Chioggia and to Rosalina.
