Golfclub Frassanelle
In the municipality of Rovolon, in the Regional Park of the Euganean Hills in Veneto, there is the splendid 18-hole golf course of the Frassanelle Golf Club, designed in 1990 by the famous architect Marco Croze.
The course is located in the immediate vicinity of the thermal baths of Abano and Montegrotto and offers wide open spaces, woods and numerous water areas that make the game even more challenging and interesting.
The driving range offers covered teeing grounds, pitching/chipping green, putting green and practice bunker. Group or private lessons can also be booked with instructors from other clubs in the area.
The clubhouse is located in a magnificent 17th century country house, fully restored and furnished in the Anglo-Saxon style. It is part of the extensive Villa Papafava estate, with over 200 acres of parkland laid out in the mid-19th century by the famous Venetian architect Giuseppe Jappelli. Inside you will find a bar, restaurant, pro-shop, sauna, massage area, swimming pool, solarium and every comfort.
At the Dodo restaurant you can taste the best of traditional local cuisine while enjoying a splendid view of the green Euganean Hills.
