The apartments of Il Colombaro Golf Residence are located in picturesque Manerba del Garda, just a few hundred metres from the shores of Lake Garda. Thanks to their location in the middle of the gentle hilly landscape of the golf course, the apartments are the ideal holiday address for golfers seeking tranquillity, sports enthusiasts and gourmets. In the historic building of an old farm, we offer comfortable apartments in an impressive tower dating from around 1400. There is also a picturesque lake and a pool with sunbathing lawn at the house. Our guests receive a 30% discount on the green fee of the golf club Il Colombaro in the immediate vicinity and 10-20% on the green fee of the other golf courses of the region, such as the golf clubs Gardagolf (5 km) and Arzaga (15 km away). We are the first golf course in Italy to have Toptracer™ technology - a professional training system that allows you to follow the trajectory of the ball. In addition, we offer you the opportunity to try out the sport of "Footgolf", an exciting combination of golf and football.
Active holidays for the whole family
The apartments of Il Colombaro in Manerba del Garda are a good starting point for numerous leisure activities. As a balance to golf, various water sports can be practised on the lake and the well-developed network of cycle paths invites you to wonderful bike tours along the vineyards. If you want to spend your golf holiday at Lake Garda with the whole family, your little ones will be thrilled by the numerous amusement parks such as Gardaland and the Rimbalzello adventure park. There is also a shopping centre with a pizzeria near our house.
Mediterranean delicacies
Il Colombaro Golf Residence also has its own restaurant. Here, you can enjoy delicious Mediterranean and regional delicacies and feasts at lunchtime and in the evening. Extra virgin olive oil from our own production is used in the preparation of the exquisite dishes. The olives used for this come directly from the vineyard that surrounds the apartments and the golf club. The oil can also be bought on site.

I stayed in apartment 16 with my family for 15 days in August. We appreciated both the cleanliness and tranquility of the place, nestled in greenery yet in a strategic location: practically steps from supermarkets and the center of Salò. Another positive aspect was the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff, but we can finally say we've found a truly pet-friendly property. Highly recommended for those seeking an oasis of peace and quiet, but especially for those traveling with pets: they are welcome here.

A very nice place. Clean and spacious rooms with air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen. The on-site restaurant, although not staffed, is open every day. The pool and surrounding area are very nice. Peace and quiet. A great base for exploring other towns. Shops and restaurants are nearby, and Carrefour is a 5-minute walk away. I recommend it.

A satisfactory hotel – not too modern, but not old-fashioned either. The pool is large for the hotel. There was a slight, odd smell in the room at first, but you got used to it quickly, which wasn't a problem. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Apart from the construction site at the lower end, the location is ideal, with a bakery, a restaurant, and a lovely town (Salò) nearby. Overall, it's recommendable if you're looking for a good hotel near Lake Garda without too much hassle.

The place is quite nicely located, the swimming pool is well-kept. A very convenient base for trips to the beach or other cities. The rooms are spacious, but not well maintained - in our "house" there was a problem with popping traffic jams and only about 5 days after reporting, someone came to repair the connection. There were traffic jams many times during the day. We wait 10 days for the freezer door in the refrigerator. Unfortunately, we did not get any repairs, although the fault was reported on the day of arrival. The food was freezing in the fridge, but well, as you can see, this is a fault that cannot be repaired. I understand that the facility is mainly a golf course and accommodation is an add-on. However, I think it is worth writing in the description of the facility that the mowers cutting the grass on the golf course operate almost every day, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., constantly generating noise (it is extremely annoying). Earplugs are a must for people sensitive to noise. You can forget about relaxing in silence, unless you return to the facility after 5 p.m. - then there is a chance for some peace and quiet by the pool.

We've been there several times; there's no lake view, but since we're driving there, it's still fine for us. The restaurant on site is very good, though a bit pricey. The meat dishes are first-class. There's a good supermarket and two simpler pizzerias nearby. All in all: highly recommended!

Great surroundings, beautiful apartment. If you're not exactly slim, the shower is unfortunately quite narrow; the shower door couldn't be closed from the inside. The water was mostly cold and the water pressure was very weak. We ended up showering outside...there was an extra charge for the towels.

Sehr schönes agriturismo mit kleinem 9 Loch pitch and putt Golfplatz. Sehr ruhig aber dennoch zentral gelegen. Zum See sind es 5 Minuten, ebenso zum wunderschönen Städtchen salo'. Die Unterkunft ist einfach aber sauber. Zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es 300 m. Wer golf liebt und Ruhe sucht ist hier bestens aufgehoben.
