Very nice and well-kept, and the room was clean and well-finished. The amenities were good, except for the hairdryer, which overheated quickly. The only real drawback that would keep me from returning was the loud noise from the cars, which could be solved with soundproof windows. So it was a really difficult night.

For what I needed to do, the location was perfect, not far from work.
The amenities seemed excellent, but I only had breakfast. However, there's a restaurant nearby that allows room credit and the food is good.
The rooms are clean, you sleep well, but they could be improved (some dirty walls, chips, windows that didn't close properly, etc.).
I can't comment on the price because it was prepaid by the company.

The service was impeccable from check-in to check-out. All the staff are extremely professional, friendly, and always available to accommodate our every request with a smile. Their attention to guests truly makes the difference.
Finally, the location is simply excellent. The Rebibbia metro station is just a few minutes away (reachable by bus). It allowed us to easily walk to all the main attractions and the best restaurants in the city. It's the ideal starting point for exploring Rome.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and a strategic location! We'll definitely be back!

Spacious rooms with parking. The rooms are clean and more modern than other Rome hotels of similar price. I recommend this hotel if you have a rental car and traveling. It is only a short drive to central Rome. The breakfast here is also good. Service was exceptional as well, very nice front desk. The price is also reasonable for booking. I also recommend to try the restaurant next to the hotel. The pizza there was among the best pizza I tried in Italy. I will visit again. The only con is that it is located on major highway so there is loud traffic noise that you will constantly hear in the room.

The room (in the second building) was dark (half the lights didn't work), with no windows, just a dirty skylight that let in very little light. First of all, it seems like all the hotels in Rome are very shoddy... this is not a 4-star hotel!
The staff are welcoming, friendly, there's a gym, and a spa closed due to COVID. The room I was given was very small, and the bathroom even smaller. I appreciated the intimate soap in the courtesy kit. The TV wasn't even worthy of a B&B. They don't have anything vegan for breakfast (in 2022, in Rome, in a 4-star hotel). The outdoor canopy on the ground floor is a nice place to relax. It's accessible by public transport (metro line B towards Rebibbia, get off at Ponte Mammolo or Rebibbia, and then take the bus... but allow for an hour's journey by public transport for about 10 kilometers). Located across from the Mediaset studios, it's not a bad hotel, but don't expect a 4-star.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed. I expected more from a 4-star hotel.
I arrived for two nights with a friend. A tall, very professional, kind, and friendly gentleman greeted us, and so far, everything was fine. The first night, it was very cold. I tried everything I could to turn on the heating, but I thought it might take a while to get the room warm, but nothing. The next day, it was still very cold. The bathroom sink was a freestanding sink, and the water would stay on and run after a while.
Breakfast ended at 9:30, which was early in my opinion. We asked another gentleman at reception, who was less helpful than the other, if, since we misunderstood the breakfast time, we could still have it at the hotel bar. Obviously, I know full well that there must have been an additional charge. He told us he'd see what was left. I replied that I wanted a juice and an Americano because I'm intolerant to milk. He told me the girl was coming. I thought about taking the order first, but no. First she arrived with a cappuccino that had been sent back from a room without us asking for it, then immediately after with another one. I said, "I'm so sorry, but I think we misunderstood." We wanted two coffees and two juices, and he also brought us two croissants, which I must say were very good.
We ate at their restaurant a couple of times. I must say that the food is very good and the staff is very kind, they do everything with care.
The second night was better. I think his name was Cristiano, very helpful and professional, and he explained to us that they regulate the heating directly.
I don't recommend breakfast in your room. It arrives uncovered, and the Americano was undrinkable, yet we ordered it downstairs several times and it was good.

I often go to this hotel for work, and I can say that it is a very nice hotel, but I give 3 stars and not 5 because there have often been problems, always resolved, but they should be checked and resolved before having to resort to any repairs, such as the door lock not working (I had the emergency key and the card for the lights and electricity), room on the top floor with a Velux (the small window in the roof) that let the rain in (they promptly changed my room, but my clothes were now wet in addition to the hassle of changing rooms), breakfast not at the top levels as one might expect from a 4-star hotel, with drinks often running out and rarely replaced and cakes obviously bought from the supermarket... if they improve it could really be an excellent choice!

I'm currently staying at this hotel and will be checking out soon after a one-night stay. I work in a hospitality business in Florence, so I'm quite critical... but here, my opinion is only positive! The room was spacious, modern, carpet-free, with nice lighting, and most importantly, very clean—something I'm obsessed with! Thanks to the excellent fixtures, you'd barely notice you're on Tiburtina! The breakfast was very good, with a wide selection and plant-based drinks (soy milk) available! Everyone was very kind! They even provided me with a dental kit since I'd forgotten everything at home! Well done, keep up the good work!!! I'd love to come back!

The hotel overlooks the busy Via Tiburtina and has ample on-site parking. The rooms are equipped with the necessary amenities: air conditioning, TV, WiFi, safe, and minibar. The hotel is divided into two buildings. I stayed in the main one. The rooms are not very spacious, but they are basic and comfortable. The windows are modern and double-glazed, effectively blocking out traffic noise. The breakfast buffet is rich and plentiful, offering both full English and Italian options, with an interesting selection of cakes and croissants. I had a great time and would gladly return. I would urge the hotel not to underestimate the WiFi strength: while it is superior to many hotels I've stayed in, it's still quite below optimal.

Excellent for those needing to stay overnight in the area for work (it's certainly not in a tourist area). The rooms are new and equipped with every comfort, and the staff is formal and friendly. The breakfast menu is excellent (though the dining room is a bit chilly). Free on-site parking is available. For lunch, I highly recommend the restaurant next door, which has a special agreement with the hotel (the food and pizza are superb).

Honestly, I didn't think I'd find a cleaner hotel with such helpful staff. I arrived at 9:45, and of course the room wasn't ready simply because check-in was at 12:00. Within 10 minutes, everything was sorted. What am I most happy about? The kindness and smile of the receptionist who advised me on everything. The quality is 5-star. Well done and congratulations,

A truly lovely and welcoming hotel, with qualified and very friendly staff, especially Stefano, who works at the front desk, who is very professional. The single room was very clean, the bed and pillows comfortable, and the bathroom, while not particularly large, was well-equipped. The only negatives were the air conditioning, which wasn't exactly easy to adjust, and the room directly overlooked Via Tiburtina, so at night, with the window slightly open, you could hear all the cars going by, making a lot of noise, sometimes preventing a peaceful sleep. The breakfast was good, but perhaps lacking in variety. All in all, a pleasant stay that I would definitely repeat.

The services and the room of this hotel are very very good. Comfortable rooms, good breakfast, kind assistance. The only cons I could say is the location. It's on the tiburtina and this means you could be stuck in traffic jam present until the night hours. The parking of the hotel is a reserved spot, but it seems there aren't enough rooms for all the customers. If you have to work in the companies around the hotel, that's a perfect solution to stay in Rome!
If you want to avoid car, there are good communications with the metro station, but traffic jam doesn't save bus either, since there is no reserved lane for public transportation.

Our stay at this property was excellent. The room was very large, with a fairly comfortable double bed. The bathroom was a good size with a large shower. The in-room amenities included very fast WiFi, with download speeds of around 60 Mbps and upload speeds of around 15 Mbps. The Sky box also included a single movie channel and all sports channels. The generous breakfast offered a wide variety of sweet and savory options, all of which were of excellent quality. The only downside is that you can't adjust the room temperature.

I stayed for one night for work. The room was clean and very nice, in the attic. The bathroom was a bit small but fully equipped. The mattress was very comfortable! The breakfast buffet was plentiful. The location is convenient, although a bit far from the city center. I had a bit of trouble finding parking since there's a private parking lot but it's shared with the nearby restaurant, and I arrived right at dinner time. At other times, however, it was fine. The room was a bit too warm, but there's air conditioning (and I'm used to cooler temperatures). There's also an outdoor area with tables for relaxing. I had a great time.

Hotel itself is very nice. At night there are many prostitutes along the road leading to the hotel which doesn't give you a good feeling. Hotel service very friendly and helpful.
